The staff are wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our stay easier, as my partner damaged his leg! Could not fault the staff, especially the reception staff and the gentleman who helps with luggage (what a lovely man)! The night security staff are also lovely and friendly! Amigoes staff could really learn from time out staff!

The area is really nice. There is plenty of restaurants and hotels close by. It easy to catch a bus in the area to go anywhere you want. The breakfast was terrible. There was interruption in the water in the bathroom many times We didn't have hot water all the time.

Cleanliness rules. Also, I loved the bar restaurant and Hasan the bartender. Great bar food and more. You cannot beat the prices of their beers and drinks!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Time Out. The staff was excellent and was very helpful if needed anything. I love the food, the night life was great. I love the Karoke and mostly the group Back In Timez who sing ole school R&B I tried to attend the show every week. All in all I would definitely recommend Time Out as a place to stay. It is situated in in the Hub of everything.

I travelled to attend a corporate event. The location was excellent with many dining options. It's across the road from a lovely beach. My room was well prepared with what I needed. Amenities such as soap and shampoo could be improved, but overall good stay.

I loved how the staff dealt with me and how clean the property way ,just didn’t like the miscommunication where I was told breakfast was included and then after I was told it was not because I booked through a third party which I believe should not be a difference if I am still staying at the hotel.

PROS: Inexpensive, very clean lobby, rooms, pool area, reataurant and other common areas. CONS: Dares property that needs to be reburshished. Fake wood panels falling off deesser and bathroom vanity. Very low water flow in bathroom, sink and shower. Food not appertizng. Pancakes tasted as if cooked day prior and warmed up in microwave. Orange juice was Tang and not orange juice. No wash towels in bathroom and if you bring your own, cleaning staff will take it when cleaning room. Do not advise paying for the daily breakfast or eating other meals at the hotel. There are decent reatairants within vicinity of hotel to get a good meal.

Not great place to stay
The stay was okay. The rooms are not cleaned daily and they do not provide towels daily. When I arrived the light was not working and was not fixed until the next day. The person who came in to clean left our room unattended. When I returned to my room the door was wide open with no one in the room. The cleaning person did not come back to my room until 15 mins after I arrived who knows how long she left prior with the door wide open.

Great location!
Great location, spacious room, enjoyed the pool area, and right across from a great beach! Didn’t eat at the restaurant as there were so many other places to also check out nearby. Room had 2 single beds, and the mattress was a bit bigger than the box spring/bases so I did often feel like I was going to fall off the bed when near the edges. No hot water, but I suppose I didn’t really need it with how amazing the weather was. Would be an issue in cooler months but perhaps there is proper hot water then. Overall no complains, great for the price, would stay here again for sure.

The biggest stand out at this hotel was the staff - so helpful and accommodating! We stored our luggage all day and had use of their refreshment room before our flight back which was great. The rooms themselves are spacious and the beds comfy. Good location with the beach opposite and St Lawrence Gap just a short walk away with an array of bars and restaurants. Great stay!
