Lovely friendly helpful staff throughout our stay. Some nice extras including complementary hot drinks, access to snack/drinks vending and a great £18 access voucher for Fitness First gym, located just down the road. The air conditioning was a real boon in the heat and easily controlled Some of the kitchen could do with an update and it was a little noisy at times (town side) but to be fair it was Battle of flowers week and v busy everywhere.

Hotel staff are polite and professional. Property starting be updated. Bedrooms are cleans and comfortable but need an updating .

The golden Sands is a stunning family run hotel right on Saint Beard Beach, and the highlight are the excellent staff. The restaurant is great and the rims are average sized and well worth the Seaview. The only comment would be no air-conditioning, not normally a problem given the Seabreeze but it was really hot during our day. I’ll definitely return.

Hotel in great location for bus route Staff really helpful and friendly

A warm welcome at reception, immaculate and comfortable room with Elemis toiletries in the spacious bathroom. We booked sea view rooms, and enjoyed looking over the harbour and across the bay to St Helier. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very enjoyable. I recommend taking the Dolan Loyalty Card - useful discounts on spending at the hotel and its partners on Jersey.

The standard room was very poor value for the money!
