Our corner room with a single king bed was amazing! For 2 people it was perfect. The in-house art museum and all of the amenities were icing on the cake. The only small little thing I can think of that could be improved upon is the AC/heat blower in the room is a little loud. Not a huge deal, though.

It’s a unique hotel with lots of cool colors and artsy stuff. I love that they have a coffee shop where you can get food and coffee and they also have a restaurant that’s super nice. For some reason we kept having to ask for body towels. The cleaning staff came in and even though there was four of us in the room only gave us one clean towel each day. So we had to keep calling and asking for more. There was also a weird tray of room service laying right next to our door that wasn’t ours, I didn’t even know that they had room service and I don’t know who put it there. As soon as we walked in the room, there was trash on the floor, so I assumed that the floor hadn’t been swept let alone mopped. The armoire in the room was also covered in dust, and it was pretty gross. Safe in the room was locked and we had to wait quite a while for somebody to come up and unlock it for us. They did not have us in their system when I went to check in. If I had not had my confirmation from Expedia, I don’t think they would’ve let us stay there. Not sure if that’s a hotel issue or an Expedia issue.

I really like the atmosphere and ambiance, the room was really nice and the view of downtown was very pretty too especially at night, the bathroom and bedroom was amazing and very quiet.

This property was was nice on the outside, not so nice on the inside. My hotel was visibly dirty had hair in the bathroom, including what looked like someone had finished shaving. Additionally, there was no hand soap to wash my hands which should be standard in all rooms. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and all I received was a drink voucher and asked to move to a smaller room than the one I already paid for. I brought this to the attention to the manager and still have not heard from anyone. This hotel has a nice concept and the gallery is spectacular, but the cleanliness of the rooms is very lacking. On my second next night, I was offered to stay in an upgraded room, but the room had an half eaten apple in the trash and floss and tissue paper in the bathroom.

We loved the look and feel of the entire layout. The added security on the elevator was a plus. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our weekend. The hotel was really beautiful and nicely decorated. We stayed in the corner room with a king bed. The room was clean, bed nice and spacious with a very large shower. Parking was a challenge due to being downtown but valet team was great and extremely helpful. Check in was quick aothough they were busy due to weddings over the weekend. I gave it 4.5 stars(would have been 5 stars but asked for additional towels never received and self parking). Did not get a chance to view the museum rooms but heard it is really unique and fun. Definitely a return trip to experience the hotel offerings moreso

Sheets and towels has stains. Parking is in a lot on the street for $50 and the attendant was smoking. My car reeked of smoke the next morning from him being in it. It’s loud. I had red patches on my skin after sleeping. I checked out early because of how bad of a experience it was.
