Most everything in my room was dirty. The toilet had no flush handle. With the tank lid off I had to manually flush the toilet. The sheets had red/brown spots on them. The TV kept freezing up.
This lid was off when I arrived.

Safety lock on door was inadequate, no maid service, breakfast was limited to small bagels, and waffle machine! No fruit, no eggs, no meat, only small coffee machine in dining area and no coffee machine in room. Tile was broken in elevator floor!

It was gross. Took 20 minutes to check in. The only employee was mopping the 3rd floor and had no idea we were there. It smelled horrible, looked horrible. Beds were somewhat comfortable. We couldn’t get out fast enough. I know you get what you pay for but what I paid was still too much.

This property was more rundown then the pictures showed. The elevator floor had missing tile and tape over the button to our floor. They did not have the 2 queen room we booked so ended up with a king. The description said there is a refrigerator, there was not. A towel rack was laying on the bathroom counter with the screws exposed and the cover for the tissue was laying on the floor under the sink. The hair dryer only worked off you held the on button. The outside area had dog poo around it and it smelled bad. People were drinking alcohol in the parking lot.

THIS HOTEL VIOLATES SO MANY OSHA AND ADA REQUIREMENTS, IT NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED AND SHUT DOWN. THE SMELL IN THE HOTEL IS HORRIBLE AND THE ROOMS THEMSELVES EVEN WORSE. IT'S FILTHY, HAD MOLD ISSUES. SUPPOSED TO HAVE FREE BREAKFAST FROM 6-9 AM THAT WAS COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. NOT EVEN COFFEE. NO TRASH PICK UP OR MAID SERVICE. SHOWER BY SWIMMING POOL HAD NO WATER AND BROKEN TILES EVERYWHERE. ELEVATOR FLOOR ALL TORE UP AND COULD SEE THROUGH THE FLOOR BY THE DOORS. NO CABLE TV AND INTERNET DIDN'T WORK. WOULD REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK. OR A CREDIT TO SOMEPLACE BETTER.

Not so great, but adequate for my needs.

Needed light bulbs over sink replaced - dark in that area. Bed was fine and room had hot and cold water. Breakfast was non-existent. Some dry bread, pastries. I did not try the coffee. Nothing else unless you made your own waffle.

We had to move rooms because the bathroom door was basically broke in half, the toilet didn’t flush and the bathroom ceiling and shower wall was covered in mold. Then when we moved rooms, the new room smelled so bad we had to open the window and spray body spray because we don’t usually travel with air freshener. The ceiling in this room also had mold around the smoke detector.. honestly for the price I guess you get what you pay for.

The rack in the bath was falling off the wall.The lights over the sink were burned out, and the doors on the armoire wouldn't stay shut so we had to put a suitcase in front of it to keep it closed. We actually checked the matresses just in case of bugs.
