The property is just old and could use some updating. Especially in the bathrooms. There was an outside door that didnt close all the way - a security issue. The ice machines didnt work, all but one. The pool was closed, the restaurant was closed, and they have an ant problem On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, and as soon as the kids in the hall quit running around, I slept really well! Not the hotel's fault. I got the impression they were living there and were antsy having to stay put. The night desk clerk was awesome as she gave me some great advice on where to go for dinner, since I didn't want fast food. She seemed tired of the kids running around, as well, but what can she do?

It’s a place with potential hazard to your health. Extremely non professional front desk staff , non cooperative. We will be sending our complaint with pictures to the local heath inspectors. A written complaint on my letter head will be send out to all concerning parties.

Nice hotel. Only thing that I quickly noticed was piles of linen left piles in the elevator area on my floor. I did report on way out. I was told it was long weekend and short staff. I think how long does it take to move those piles to laundry room by end of their shift? Nice hotel though and great breakfast.

Stay was great! Service was prompt, and friendly! Room was extremely clean and neat. Communication was easy with staff. This was my 2nd stay here and I come to St. Louis on a regular basis. This will be my choice in the future. Keep up the good work!!!
