This whole experience was terrible. They canceled my reservation because my credit card didn't go through, even though they told me they would not charge my card until I checked in. When I did get another reservation, the room was filthy—hairs on the bed and in shower. The floor of the bathtub was black, toilet dirty, towels thin and old, stains on the sheets, etc. The breakfast was the only good part of this. We had to leave and find another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times but will not go back. There was an insect problem in my room, despite them changing the sheets it persisted. Hotel is getting more and more shabby. Breakfast room almost deserted now. Bar on property apparently closed. No longer does hotel give discount for Chilis next door.

Front desk staff was friendly and attentive to guest needs. However, rooms need updating especially the beds which sag in the middle. The bathrooms were not cleaned well and the tub is worn. Nice large parking lot and easy walking. Access to many restaurants and shopping.

We required a place to sleep while visiting family in the area. Only one of us found the breakfast palatable. The first morning there were NO Styrofoam cups for a hot beverage. the Pancake machine was not operable for one morning. Many cream cheese packages had damaged seals.

So room cards didnt work 3 days in a row had to go down and fix them every time the 3rd day had to wait a whole hour just to get it working again. And then there was car theives lurking around outside really disappointed in the stay and very unsafe.
