The location is great!! here is a Chilis attached to the hotel along with a quiet little Tavern. The parking lot is attached to a dunkin Donuts, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, among many others, Bass Pro Shops in within walking distance.

The location is perfect! Great staff with very good personalities. The only improvement I could see was the breakfast area was too small for the number of guests using it. It was crowded and did not have enough seating.

Booked on hotels.com and paid in full however hotel tried to charge us another $28 for no apparent reason. I even showed them my paid receipt. Breakfast was marginal. Pancake machine needed refilling and it didn’t get done until we were leaving. Only 1 type of cereal.

Dustin at the front desk was fantastic. Then building is very old and smells like 1970’s, but is very clean with modern lighting. Breakfast was excellent. Downside is no mini fridge and no extended checkout

The maid opened the door 3 times between 9:30 and 10:30 am to clean the room although we were still in it. The guy at the front desk was nice.

Stayed 3 nights Check in was easy. Staff very polite. Rooms clean.only 20 minutes to the Arch. Plenty of shopping and places to eat by hotel. I specifically looked up hotels with breakfast included.1st morning the breakfast was toast. The truck was late and they didnt have anything to serve. 2nd morning was good, 3rd morning the pancakes was out, there was eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy and cereal, yogart was out. Just a little annoying. The tub drained slow so you did stand in water.

Family-Friendly for a Night

Overall, this was a good hotel for a one-night stay. There was something spilled down our exterior door that wasnt appealing. The switches in the room were all dirty, and the tub backed up with each shower. My kids reported comfortable beds and pillows. They also appreciated Chili's being directly connected to the hotel.
