Great location—easy access to 1-44. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice—it even had a small balcony. At check-in there was no toilet paper or toilet paper holder in the room. Also, there was some pencil graffiti on the bathroom door. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel breakfast.

Interior aesthetics were good. We had two queen mattresses in our room and the mattress springs were broken in one of the beds (I slept in hole) room 207. The fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses. The room needed some deep cleaning...dirty vents, stained curtain, sorry corners etc. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

The property is older and shows some wear and tear. Our biggest issue was the toilet. The tank filled extremely slowly because the flap would not seal properly. The problem was reported on Tuesday and had not been addressed when we left Thursday am.

Very busy at check-in (10 pm) with only one person working very friendly. Unfortunately our key didn't work and had to go back down to get it activated. The bathroom floor had few strands of hair on it (which I am a person that other people 's hair grosses me out so I may just be nitpicky). Our son's room, there was hair in their tub The bathtubs could use reglazing or something because they are dirty looking. .Otherwise I would have given more stars.

Staff was like mad that you are staying there (womans) but the night guy was very polite and kind. Breakfast is the worst ever, all I can say is that you have to literally follow them to the kitchen because there is no food after 30-40min of serving. Taste is the worst (for the things I reached to serve)
