The night staff member who greeted us was so kind and friendly after our long drive. He gave candy to our kid and kitty treats for our cat, and was so informative as well. It really made the stay for us! This is an older property that has recently had an updated lobby and the rooms have a fresh coat of paint and they are clean. I'd like to see them updated like the lobbies with modern electrical plugs and wall controlled heat/ac, but the rooms were clean and secure.

One of 2 elevators was down our entire stay and we were on the top floor. Toilet required 2 repairs, there was convent noise from the bathroom vent requiring the bathroom door closed when not used. in room safe had no key as lock was removed, bathroom tub drain was slow
