The property has definitely seen better days. It’s starting to show signs of wear and tear. The carpet in our room was very dirty. They need to remind the housekeeping to vacuum around the edges of the room. First time ever I left my shoes on in a hotel room. The room had a faint musty smell, but it wasn’t too bad. I personally prefer a drive-up entrance with a canopy. I did like the large dining area and the breakfast was nice.

Plugged Drains!

My husband was in town on business and when he took his morning shower, the bathtub drain was so plugged, he found himself standing in dirty water. Not exactly how he wanted to start his morning. When he mentioned it to the front desk associate, her response was a simple "I'm sorry about that". How about making a note of the room number and assuring him you'd have it looked at. Something, anything other than a lame insincere apology.

Very rude staff. One girl was on her phone in the morning. The man who checked us in was very rude and not welcoming. If money wasn’t an issue, we would have stayed somewhere else. Also the floor in the room was sticky and the tub was so dirty we didn’t shower. Overall, just not happy.

Horrible!

We had to leave it was so gross and dirty! Nothing like the photos! I’m sure most of the good reviews of this place are fake. It was horrible! Run down and felt unsafe. Stay away !

Pool closed

Our only disappointment was that we specifically booked this hotel for its pool and when we got there they told us the pool was down and weren’t sure when it would be back open. Sadly it was closed for our entire stay. They were very vague with any answers about the pool and had no explanation about why it was closed.

No staff at check out - Outside smoking. Another man was waiting too. We all just left. At check in same staff member who was not available as we left couldn't get credit card machines to work. All the carpeting looked dirty and needs a deep cleaning or be replaced.The room fridge was leaking ice chips & water dripping (I needed to put a towel inside) Toilet is way too low. Also, the wash basin. Shower water spray was a joke. Tub water was not draining properly. The breakfast was NOT good. Coffee machine was broken.
