The room we were offered was nothing like what was listed in the pictures. Very old, mildew smell, stains on the carpet. Not impressed at all

Thank you for all that you do. You’ll have good attitude. The breakfast was great. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and when you come in, they give you a lot of information about the hotel or what you can do there. I love the fact that the prices are great there and you all do not ask for a deposit and just a card down that is wonderful. Me and my family didn’t have any money for real, but we only had enough to pay for the hotel but we didn’t have enough for a deposit and it was good to know that you all do not recommend a deposit we was affected by the tornado storm so we did not have any lights. Thank you so much.

Service great bed and shower sucked

The service was really great when I checked in and the lobby looks really nice. Just like the pictures on the bed. Looks nothing like the beds on the pictures. You could still see the Springs. That's how thinned out and overused the mattresses. They look fluffy and soft on the pictures.But it was sunk in in the middle and not a bed.That I would like to spend a hundred and fifty dollars on just to sleep in.

Needs to brush up on Service Dog Laws

Staff needs training in service dog laws. I was told at check-in that service dogs are considered pets and that all pets have to stay on 5th floor. They did let us stay even though there was no 5th floor rooms. Lots of people with service dogs also have mobility issues and 5th floor may not be great for them.
