Only complaint would be that the shower needs improved. It was lacking pressure due to not all the water was directed out the showers head no matter which order we attempted to pull shower toggle up. Then the shower itself was extremely difficult to pull to turn on.

Walls are paper thin can hear everyone in hallway poor Verizon service here, low water pressure. Internet spotty. On Plus side salt and pepper shakers at breakfast on table. Decent TVs with easy access for Xbox/Apple TV connections. Large beds with 4 pillows decent pillows and bedding, can set fan to on, which helps with noise in hallway.

The property although a little dated was still ig good shape and you could tell that care for cleanliness went into it. The staff was amazing and the night auditor was fantastic with our late (early morning) arrival. Thank you for all your hard work.

Urgent safety concerns
I am reaching out regarding a deeply concerning incident that occurred during my recent stay at your St. Charles, MO location. I had checked in last night with my friend, Meraiah, after celebrating a friend’s 21st birthday at the nearby Ameristar Casino. We chose your hotel specifically to ensure a safe place to rest for the night. However, in the middle of the night, we were abruptly woken up by two unfamiliar men who managed to unlock and open our hotel room door. We were issued two keys upon check-in, so I am alarmed as to how these individuals had access to our room. Fortunately, we had secured the top latch, preventing their entry and avoiding a potentially dangerous situation. After the incident, I reported this to the front desk, but to my disappointment, the staff member responded with a dismissive attitude, suggesting that this was not a significant concern. I am reaching out because this is a very serious matter, both for my friend’s and my own personal safety, as well as the reputation of your establishment. We trusted that staying at Best Western would provide us with peace of mind and security. I kindly ask that you look into this issue and review your hotel’s procedures for guest room access, as well as address this specific incident with your staff to ensure it is taken seriously. I would appreciate a prompt response, as well as any information on steps Best Western will take to ensure this type of security breach does not happen again.
