So I get there a little after 11. The receptionists walked out right then and I had to be checked in by this kiosk where I was talking to a lady from California. Folks, 11 is no late hour! Can’t you keep the receptionist there longer? Also, if they see I am here, couldn’t they stick around for one more customer. Someone in California can’t tell me where the elevators are, for example. Neither can they sell me a water from the fridge. It is truly absurd that a place has the money to outsource check in to a machine yet doesn’t even have a vending machine there in the lobby! All I saw was a fridge from which it required a person on site to sell you the water, Coke, or other drink! Truly hilarious. I just went to bed. Quality Inn down the street has a real, live wiggling person for a receptionist. I don’t give a smash if he has an Indian accent…..

Everything was great besides our room. Broken phone so not able to order any toiletries. Broken pieces in the tub area as well as poor plumbing so you stand in ankle deep water. Thin walls which was a first for me, so hear noises all night and was hard to sleep. Staff was great and check in was easy but probably won’t stay again.

Worst place ever! I usually leave good reviews.
We reserved the room, so we could go to a concert and so that my family could swim in the indoor pool prior to the concert. Well, thanks to the staff, that did not happen. We waited, and waited, and waited at the front desk while the two workers worked with another couple at the desk. After around 20 minutes, my daughter comes inside needing to go to the restroom. I politely told her that no one there seemed to be paying us any attention. Well, 20 minutes or so more passed by, and they were still working with the polite couple who were also obviously having issues with the staff. I interrupted to tell them my daughter was having a restroom emergency, and they told the location of an available restroom. More time passes and after the issue with the other couple was decided to “wait later,” they finally saw us. Even though I had paid online, they charged me for both rooms again. One of our rooms had the bedding stripped and thrown in the floor. We had no time to swim before the concert. We were told the room would be fixed while we were away. When we returned around 5 hours later, the room was the exact way it was when we left! They gave us another room that my kids found a roach crawling on the door when we entered. We didn’t say a thing and went to bed. The next morning I got to speak with an assistant on an automated kiosk. I made the complaint about being double charged, and she confirmed that the charges should not take place and said the double charge would be refunded.

The general manager Tyrone was a big help. He got me a room close to the elevators. That was excellent parking. Plenty of handicap parking and he always asked. Is there anything I can do? To make your stay more comfortable, I've been to a lot of Best Westerns but this one was by far my most pleasant stay. If I have to come back here again I will be staying there and I will recommend that to anybody manager, Tyrone

Me and my family love staying here when we travel to St. Louis. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the security deposit. I’ve stayed here many times in the past and never had to put a deposit down before. Other than that no complaints.

We stayed at this property for the pool. The pool was broken and out of service during our stay. When we first arrived we couldn't figure out how to get checked in. We could hear staff talking but couldn't see anyone. The kiosk advised us to check in with the staff. After several minutes someine eventually came out. They gave us our room number and took our deposit. They gave us no information about the property, hours for breakfast, etc. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience; just nothing exemplary.

The room was fine and bed was comfortable. However , no hot water at 6am - and when I asked about it - there was no response. Just thanks for telling us. That made no sense to me. I didn’t make a thing of it. But it’s pretty core to a hotel stay.

Definitely worth the stay
Bed was pleasantly comfortable. Our only complaint was breakfast was mediocre. We came down at 830am and they were not going to make more hash browns, sausage or eggs.

When we arrived we were greeted by security and a person sitting on a computer. Second, when we went into the room at 12am the tub\shower looked as though someone had bathed a dog in it. Finally, when I went down to breakfast the attendant for breakfast was in the backroom sleep and when I awakened her asking about the waffles, she replied we only got biscuits and gravy today while all of the setup for waffles were present except for the batter. It's as if there is no authority or accountability present so everyone does ask they went. Horrible!
