We had an impromptu visit to St. Louis. We booked our stay very easily. The staff was extra friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean. Our only issue was a group of unruly guests, which was not the staff’s fault. It was such a good experience that we hope to return in October and stay!

At check in I couldn’t believe my card was Charged an extra $100, I have never had to do that before in my life and I do travel for work. My daughter liked the pool. Food option was close. I feel as if the extra 100 dollars was absolutely not necessary, so $260 came directly out of my account. Please modify this as it’s not feesable for most people. In our room there was a big stain on our bed. And the I couldn’t even give my child a bath as it wouldn’t hold water. I would have left this hotel if my child wasn’t so tired. And I’m sorry but I will never return to this hotel.

Needs some repairs and some real work.

The room was clean except the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were acceptable. The bathroom was very disappointing. The exhaust fan didn't work, and the toilet paper holder is broken. The coffee wasn't good, but the breakfast was good otherwise.

Property photos do not adequately represent how run down this place is or how they had done some shoddy bandaid type work- spray painted tub with overspray on the walls, rusted tub around drain, leaking shower head that sent spray over the curtain rod and soaked all the dry towels on the rack on the other side. The pool was freezing. It was only 2 nights for a quick trip to see family, but I would not choose to stay here again.
