Deserves a much higher rating than given!!!
We are an older couple and had a king bed. I'm always fearful of not getting comfortable sleeping as I am arthritic. The bed was so comfortable, the room very clean and had everything we need. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Service was great! Will book again next time we visit the area.

Appreciated them.
We had to stay there after an evacuation from a flood in the RV park we were staying in. The let me check in early as we had to evacuate pre dawn. This also included the weekend that my mom & brother was coming to visit. They were very accommodating. We didn’t need room service daily, we would place our trash cans outside the door and they would tend to them. With the circumstances we ended up with 4 vehicles plus our camper there.

Not worth the price.. not clean.
We had roaches. Quite a few. We were in the "basement level" so I could walk outside by a door but to get to the front desk meant only an elevator. The floors werent fulllt vaccummed. And the night shift guy literally saud "I hope yall arent going to be extra work for me tonight" because several families checked in that night.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Best Western! This hotel was CLEAN - MODERN and So Friendly! Our room was fresh smelling, spacious and Very Comfortable! This hotel made us rethink the whole brand! Breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean and bright. Our bed was very comfortable and we heard no noises from the hall or outside over night. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

There was no hot water at the hotel! We checked in and the clerk told us that, but we were unable to get a refund from Expedia and he said he could not give us a discount. It was late at night when we made the reservation and we had no other choice but to stay there. There were no other hotels in the area that had an opening.

I stayed here for 2 nights and found the staff extremely friendly. I had great experiences with housekeeping and they were so kind and helpful offering clean towels and anything else as I was just walking past them. My only complaint was that the shower was to the point where it was just dribbling and you would have to basically lay on the wall for the water to hit you.
