My husband and I stayed there while on an unexpected trip. The service was great the room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing that i would recommend is bigger shampoo and body wash bottles. I would definitely recommend this to family and I would definitely stay there again.

Not impressed with this hotel
Upon check in the desk clerk was very hard to understand & got upset when asked for her to repeat & then when she gave us the directions to our rooms, she told us to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor. So when we got to the elevator we waited for 5 minutes and we didn’t hear it moving so we took the stairs. Then when I tried to open our door the door wouldn’t open like it should ~ you had to basically man handle it to open. Later I told the desk clerk about the elevator and she said bluntly that it was out of service. The breakfast was not up to Best Westerns standards I felt as well. Bathrooms are very small. Needless to say we will go somewhere else next year for our annual family Kimmswick Christmas shopping. They should of least at a sign on elevator and she should of told us at check in.

My experience at Best Weatern was pretty good! The only thing I didn’t like is hearing people outside my door as they walk in buy. The doors seem steady/stern enough where I thought once behind the door, you couldn’t hear what’s on the other side door! But I truly think all hotels are somewhat like that! Overall it was a good stay!

Our experience was fine. No complaints….except water vending machine. Ate my money and didn’t give me water. Went to front desk and the gentleman gave me a bottle of water. That was very much appreciated.

Deserves a much higher rating than given!!!
We are an older couple and had a king bed. I'm always fearful of not getting comfortable sleeping as I am arthritic. The bed was so comfortable, the room very clean and had everything we need. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Service was great! Will book again next time we visit the area.

Appreciated them.
We had to stay there after an evacuation from a flood in the RV park we were staying in. The let me check in early as we had to evacuate pre dawn. This also included the weekend that my mom & brother was coming to visit. They were very accommodating. We didn’t need room service daily, we would place our trash cans outside the door and they would tend to them. With the circumstances we ended up with 4 vehicles plus our camper there.
