It was just okay

It was okay. Cleanliness was decent and check in was easy and fast. My biggest complaint is I search for hotels with free breakfast and chose this one. However, we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because the hotel doesn't offer it until 7am on Saturdays and Sundays. You really should consider those who have events to get to early in the morning and serve it at 6:30 am like you do during the weekdays. My athlete sure would have appreciated breakfast before he needed to be at the field at 7am. Maybe consider EVERYONE when making breakfast available. We won't be staying here again.

My things were thrown out at this run-down hotel!

I found the hotel to be generally run-down and in need of an overall update, while the bathrooms seemed to have already been updated. The staff are not empowered to provide a quality experience. The rooms had dirty/marked up walls, the refrigerator was stuck on the coldest setting and froze my food, the AC unit was as loud as a leaf blower, and the overall condition of the furniture was poor. Importantly, I suspected that the linens had not been changed from the previous guest, as they were on inside out and looked rumpled and with use marks (makeup, dirt). I requested they were changed but they were not. You also had to request that your room be cleaned, which wasn't clear until I called to ask why room had not been cleaned. The pool area was run-down and did not inspire confidence in using. The sauna was broken and not usable. As insult to a strange experience, my personal travel toiletries (costly Aveda products) were also removed/taken from the bathroom when cleaned! I have NEVER had cleaning staff take my things, but this happened here. When I reported this to the front desk, they offered no apology or remedy, and instead put my in charge of tracking down what happened and contacting the housekeeping supervisor myself. My bill, despite being prearranged and filing the appropriate tax-exempt documentation, was processed incorrectly, requiring an additional 30 minutes to check out.I will NEVER stay at this hotel and will caution anyone else considering it.

Great free breafast, friendly staff, heated pool!

We vistited for a long weekend, and had a wonderful time! All the staff was so friendly, and made sure we knew the process for housekeeping and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with countless options including the eggs made to order. We spent hours in the heated pool and enjoyed the pool towels provided. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here!

Absolutely horrible night staff! Hotel is in good location & decent enough rooms, has a great pool (which is why I booked for the family). Beware though... the night staff was horrible, do NOT expect a "hello", smile or any acknowledgement what so ever from the Friday overnight staff! Gentleman worker who was there in lobby sleeping after watching people struggle with their luggage at front door of hotel was also a joke as was Lady who worked front counter friday night....extremely rude, unwelcoming & uninterested in her job & bothered by your very presence. I would not go back just because of the staff.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff at front desk had a printed map with a list of area restaurants. They were able to offer a honest opinion of the local eateries and it was accurate! Breakfast option for this location is excellent and exceeds the industry standard for complimentary hotel breakfasts. If you are planning to do touring, go to the National Park or ball park this is far enough away to get rest and be quiet. The breakfast is one that would allow you to plan a late start with brunch and not have to stop for a meal until later in the day. Definately would stay at this hotel again.

My room had a strange odor. The hotel has no other rooms to offer me so I had to keep that room. I did not rest well because the odor interfered with my breathing. The breakfast is alway great. I have stayed at this property many times with great service. This is my first complaint.
