It was only one night, so I didn't interact much with the staff. The parking situation was confusing/creepy (several street entrances and whole sections of the structure was closed, with limited signs/directions), lead into the dark ally behind the hotel. The room had a layer of dust, AC unit had been busted in with the worse being the fridge in the room made the most annoying noise all night long, which made it important to sleep. Your not allowed to take breakfast back to the room, so your stuck in the dining room with blaring music first thing in the morning. Shower temp control was nice though.

The hotel is nice. I’d come back. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly.Expedia’s system didn’t update in the hotels system. I spent 4 hours trying to rebook and get a room. SMH. It really wasn’t the hotels fault tho.
