Property was pretty clean and staff was friendly. Overall a pretty good value compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was a little disappointing, and it was not always well stocked.
Bryam was the best. I had lost my confirmation number. For two hours, I was calling every hotel in the O’Fallon area. The hotels computers were down when I called, he said as soon as they got back up and working again, he would call me. It was over an hour before they came back on, but he did call me back. The rest of our 3 Hour Drive was stress-free.. I had no anxiety Because I knew I had a room. He was very helpful each morning after we got there to give us directions and tell us where things were around the area. I don’t know how long he has been an employee, but he definitely deserves raise. He went above and beyond to make our stay.

All the Confort inn suite are clean and like new, this one is to old and smell like old bulding
Checked in and stool in bathroom was broken and no one was there to fix it. One person in whole place to take care of rooms and guests.

It’s Fine.
First impression of the front desk staff was not great. I kind of expect a smile and a “hello.”
The overall look is nice, but a bit worn.
The best part were comfortable beds and QUIET ROOMS. I slept great! Lots of hot water and towels.
My breakfast of poached egg in a biscuit was good! My husband’s raisin bran was full of ants.
I appreciate that this is a pet friendly hotel.
I have stayed here twice.
