It was close to things, but didn't have clean towels for room, tub didn't drain properly and food was coming through sink through the drain

You walk in and the lobby is nice and looks updated. That is about the only good part about this hotel. The front desk worker is in plain sight and doesn’t come help me for a few minutes and was just sitting on his phone. Check in was smooth but once you leave the lobby there is a strong odor of marijuana in every hallway. You cannot use the side doors only the front doors but there is no parking in the front and have to walk around the building. The room is so outdated and the whole hotel needs to be revamped. The room itself when you first walk in seems decent but there is a distinct smoke odor even in a non smoking room. In my daughter’s room there was a black bug in the bathroom. Luckily we are only staying here for the night and moving on as soon as we can.

The worst hotel to stay, They give a room with broken window and broken sink faucet the sink water was too slow and too noisy I couldn’t sleep well. The elevator lights was not working and the building was too dirty. I don’t recommend it at all 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Staff just need a little training on handling issues. Place needs a total renovation. Parking is awkwardly positioned. When was the last time that elevator was inspected? Don't worry i will wait.

This is not the same quality of other Comfort Inn and Suites that we've stayed at before. The bed linens were fine, but the toilet didn't flush well and there's a lot of evidence that this building is old-warped wall paper, rusted window frames, etc. It's price was affordable and the desk clerk was polite and helpful.

Pit-stop

We traveled in for a pit stop to sleep heading home. We stayed at four different Comfort Inn Suites and the St Louis location was the best! 5 stars - it had a comfy bed, nice breakfast, working shower, kind employees - what else can you ask for when you are staying a total of 11 hours!

No hot water for 2 days. No trash can in the room. No daily room service. Smells of Marijuana throughout the floor I was on. People shooting dice in the lobby. 40 People just hanging out in the lobby area after midnight.

not planning on staying again

Service was great but the condition is poor. When I tried to use the internet I found I had to move to a corner of the room away from the desk. The fitness room photos showed free weights, there was none, and the machine was held together litterly by a shoestring. Curtains need cleaned. The heater was on 64 but I was burning up. There were a few other things but won't elaborate.

Decent for a quick stay.

First off the people that work there were fantastic and breakfast was amazing. The room was decent. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work so everything fogged up. Only found one plug that worked. And even though it’s not the hotels fault the people next to us were blaring music so loud after 11pm. Overall we may not stay there again.
