Room not cleaned

Room was ok. Staff on the other hand I found mostly lacking. The room was not cleaned at all. When I asked I was told they only clean every third day unless requested. Room was not cleaned even after asking. I was asked to take my trash out to the dumpster. We had to ask for towels each day. Orher than that the room was good for our purpose and the location is great.

The hotel is outdated and not clean, but the service was great. We booked a suite since we had kids with. In the first room we were assigned, I discovered mold around the mattress where the AC blew. So they immediately changed the room for us. The second room assigned was much larger in space, which is awesome. I inspected the mattress again, and no mold, but under the sheets and casing, there was a lot of dirt. We stayed because there were multiple layers of sheets and finding something at this point was not possible. But overall room you can tell it needs maintenance and repair. The bathroom ceiling had these droplets that formed. Similar to what a painted over smoking house would look like. There's cracked along the AC unit. Dirt in corners. We paid $150 a night, so in a was,y I guess you get what you pay for. But I've paid less before for a cleaner stay. Again, staff members were friendly, though and responsive.

After having a bad experience at a different hotel the day before, this was so pleasant and the staff sincerely cared. It was a great hotel and will be staying there again with my family and also on business.

Stopped in from Michigan on our way to Lake of the Ozarks, we had an absolutely amazing experience! Our King suite was very clean and comfortable…I only wish is that the complimentary breakfast would have stayed open until 9:30 or 10am☺️

Unit had mold all over and floors were buckled from water damage. The man at the reservation desk was not very responsive or hospitable when I voiced my complaints. My stay was refunded by the manager after I left to find another hotel. The man couldn’t call the manager, only could text which I found to be odd. I still haven’t received my money back and it was refunded to Expedia.

It's not all bad.!

While t taking a shower, the shower flooded. Water went as far as the kitchen area. The toilet flooded. We told the front desk clerk, he came to the door and tried to hand ME the plunger. I'm sorry, I'm a guest here. I didn't come to work. We were placed by the door to the outside so we heard ALL the noise of people coming and going. No rest at all!!! This was the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I guess I got what I deserved. Trying to cut corners.

Clean budget stay.

This property is not expected to be a luxury stay. It was a good place to sleep for the activities that we planned. The breakfast is a good starter to the day with good choices. The room was clean with great water pressure and everything worked. My daughter and I walked to the Ameristar Casino late at night and felt that the area was safe to do so.
