The hotel air conditioning was out the entire time we were there and it was impossible to sleep. No compensation for this was offered.

Super clean and beautiful architecture. Super close to the beautiful historic district with so many great restaurants and shops. Loved this hotel and the gorgeous town of St Charles.

We just needed a little rest and relaxation. The staff at check in was very friendly. We loved that there was an onsite parking garage. Breakfast staff was friendly. We will definitely consider this hotel if we need another staycation.
