Everything was good, but we were told this was a handicap accessible room and it was not. The front desk, clerk Eve even made the other employee go upstairs and take a picture to see if that was a handicap accessible room, but it was not

For the most part it was good. however, they provided no soap in the shower and ine small bar of soap in the bathroom. Asked for towels they brought some up but we needed more and asked but was never followed up on.

The hotel itself is nice, staff were courteous. We stayed for 1 night and there was one purpose - sleep! There was a large group of people who were extremely noisy at night at the outdoor courthouse. I had to call reception 3 times between 11 pm and 1:15 am for it be finally remediated. No apology offered. They didn’t inquire how our stay was upon check out, when I expressed my frustration the reaction was - well, sorry. We were on the third floor! How did people sleep on 1st and 2nd? This was so inconsiderate of the group who was making noise, but staff doesn’t have a good procedure in place to handle this problem.
