Run down property. Security locks on doors did not work, some stains on sheets, poor linen and towel quality. TV channels did not align with guide. Just minor stuff, but probably right for the price.

We travel from NJ to Oklahoma and we decide to stop in st. Louis.. we pulled up to a fire truck and an ambulance that threw use off but, everything was ok.. check in was nice and easy front desk man was so nice and was from NJ lol.. The hotel its self was run down.. just an one night stay was ok. I won’t stay any longer. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00am and wasn’t even open at all at 7:00am.. The guy at the deck ( new guy from the night before) said they must be running late sorry no breakfast.. we on first floor and was very quiet bed was comfortable but like I said rooms are run down.

Hotel in crisis

I picked this hotel for the price, pool, breakfast, and good ratings. From the moment we arrived you could tell something was not right. One of our rooms was not even ready and it was 4 pm. The manager said he had been working for 48 hours straight. That night we found one of our towels was already dirty. The next morning the manager said his staff did no laundry at night and there were no more towels. He put a load in and promised towels in 40 min. He shared that he had to fire most of his staff and was trying to hire new people. Breakfast was a mess with little to eat and sticky floors. Pool towels were almost always gone. We had booked for 3 night and stayed. I’m happy to say things got better. The same manager was there the whole time. He was training new people monday morning. My hat is off to that man. He was ex-military, remained calm and polite the whole time, and was doing his best to take care of everybody. Give him some time and some good workers and it will be the hotel I thought I had booked at.

Terrible. First, we had to wait until the guy at the front desk was done talking to the housekeeper. They had a full on conversation while I stood there waiting to be helped, maybe 3-4 minutes. Everything was good except the breakfast. And our room wasn’t the cleanest, still had confetti and a open straw on the floor beside the bed. Close to six flags, jacuzzi and pool kept the kids happy. The staff was friendly.

I stood here for 1 night after a long day at six flags. I was expecting to come take a nice shower and relax. However there was no hot water. From what I was told there was no hot water for days. I was not made aware of this when checking in as well. I found out 20 mins after attempting to shower. I have tried now for 3 weeks to speak with a manger in regards to some type of compensation and they have yet to call me back after 4 attempts I was told I would get a call back. Horrible

This is literally the nastiest hotel I have stayed at in a LONG time. The fridge had a half gallon of rotten milk left over from another guest. The breakfast had hair in the eggs and was accentuated by the stale blistering Missouri heat without AC, and in our 3 day stay there were no breakfast drinks available. We asked the front desk for proper housekeeping services and received none - and when I brought this to his attention he said “I don’t know, I just work here” At one point after repeated request for housekeeping, they “went above and beyond in customer service” by placing 3 towels just inside the door and doing absolutely nothing else. Along with the food kept in the fridge from another persons stay, we also found belongings to said other person within the room. If you’re looking for a cheap room to pick up some form of disease or some random person off the street, this is an ideal location for you.

Please don’t expect an edible breakfast

The complimentary breakfast was terrible. There were no biscuits, gravy, sausage, yogurt, juice, or forks, even though we arrived at the dining area at 8 am (breakfast closes at 9). They did have unripe bananas and a few pieces of bread for the 50 of us guests in the dining area to share. Thankfully, there was a Cracker Barrel next door to eat at. If the hotel would like to reimburse our breakfast bill, I can update my review.

Reviews of this hotel appear to be based on the prior Drury Inn. This hotel is extremely run down, the outside looks abandoned, we were not even sure where to enter to check in. The lobby seemed promising but the hallways are covered in stained carpets. The elevator was filthy and extremely slow, multiple broken lights on the wall, dirty vents in hallways and towels left by doors. Our room itself was okay, but we were a party of 3 and given a room with two washcloths and a quarter roll of toilet paper. The front staff was friendly and provided washcloths and toilet paper with no issues. The pool was so cloudy you were unable to see the bottom with a yellow film on top and the hot tub was black! My son was unable to swim during our 4 day stay as the pool was so unclean I felt it would not be safe. The breakfast was a joke, the first day no one was there, the rest of the days the chose was eggs or cereal with no milk. This hotel is dirty and poorly managed, stay somewhere else!

Never Again!

The hallway smelled extremely chlorinated. Room was musty when we entered on our first night. The bathroom smelled mildrewy and sour. There were flies in the room. The last night od our stay, notified ants in the bed. Woke up to ants all over our box of donuts! Didn't even get to eat them. The breakfast was extremely bare; they ran out of milk and the juice machine was broken. This was our second time here. The first was just okay. Only stayed here because we didn't realize we had stayed here before.

Terrible Customer Service

There was hair in the bathtub. There was hardly any toilet paper. There front desk staff Megan, was extremely rude. My son's asthma medication was left in the pool area, along with his teachers and her sons shoes. My son is nonverbal, combative, and severally autistic. My son was throwing a fit upon leaving the pool area. Megan refused to allow me back in the area, informed me she was out of towels, gave me no additional toilet paper, screamed at me, and informed me I was going to be kicked off the premises if I didn;t leave the desk when I requested to speak to a manager. I have stayed at the site at least 10 other times and never had an issue so I was shocked at the service/ Also there are people living at this hotel now.

Facilities were clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast wasn’t great. They were out of most things around an hour before breakfast ended but you could tell they were trying. Also the AC in the room wasn’t the best and the bathroom stayed very hot. We had to leave the bathroom door opened anytime we were in there just for air. We ended up leaving a day early due to the air problems. However for the price I would consider staying again.
