Didn’t get up call as requested for 6:00am was late for surgery appt . Also Sam manager to aid in applying for Wyndham credit card earning points for stays . He couldn’t and u would have to do online by myself. I am 80 years old and needed help online. I’ve always stayed there for doctor and hospital appts due to location whed Drury owned. I had drury card ann earned points ans wish to do with Wyndham but can get through online! Bad website! I still want a card but can’t seem to reach help and manager would not cooperate rudely

Other than the desk clerk had all of the personality of a door knob and the tv didn’t work the first night, it’s a nice place to stay. Breakfast was outstanding.

Think twice before staying here again
It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst I have stayed at. The bathroom floor had hair on it where it hadn’t been swept, the bed sheets looked like someone had already slept in it, there was 3 of us and we only had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels and the tv would not work front desk said it was the cable companies problem and had no idea when it would be fixed. When we left still no tv

Disappointed in the maintenance service. The hot water in the shower didn't work. We reported that on Saturday, but apparently there's no maintenance on Sunday. So, cold showers until Monday.

Horrible!
Hotel was horrible- do not believe any of the good reviews. This property is infested with bugs! Not sure if they are roaches or bed bugs but regardless they were everywhere. We have pictures as well. We came here after a 14 hour drive (checked in around 7) we went to grab dinner and came back only to have to leave at 9pm because the bugs where so bad… they got into all our clothing and inside my babies pack’n’play, we ended up throwing it away because it was that infested. We had to leave- pack up my exhausted baby and older daughter, find a new hotel and then I didn’t have a proper bed for my baby. We called the front desk and the lady was rude and didn’t care. I will be filing a complaint with the city as well as the BBB. I will also be speaking to an attorney as we still have not received a refund and this hotel should be covering my extra expenses and replacing my pack’n’play plus reimbursements for the 4 loads of laundry I had to do! Nevermind the fact I’m absolutely mortified about staying in any other place now. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Came in late (after 7) to an overwhelmed but friendly front desk. The sheets on our beds did not appear to have been changed, so we went down and got new ones. Then headed down to a freezing pool and lukewarm hot tub (with no towels) and a shower that barely drained. My guess is that they are doing the best they can with an aging property, but it was kind of a downer.

Clean room. Pretty quiet overall. Bathroom was tight but it was fine for just me. Hot tub clean and enjoyable. Pool had a partition separating part of it that was inside and the other half was outside; but it was still too cold to swim in.

I only booked here because the reviews were excellent. The hotel must have written the reviews. I stayed 4 nights breakfast one morning was a disaster: coffee was thinner than tea and had lots of grounds in it; buffet was not restocked; the only staff member working it was incompetent. The following morning breakfast was great; the last 2 days the same guy who did it the first day was in charge and he did a little better. The tv service was horrible: the channels could only be accessed by clicking up or down and the icons showing up were not what was playing. Also about half of the channels had no service…Then the last day there was no tv service at all, including the tv in the breakfast room. I received NO room refreshing during my stay. I had to ask at the front desk for facial tissue, tp and coffee for the Keurig. Obviously others were also unhappy. It was Thanksgiving weekend, but the staff only made lame excuses and didn’t really seem to care. I won’t go back and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There was a dog that barked twi of the three nights we were there. Apparently the owners left the dog in the room and left for a few hours. Thus the dog barking until they came back. It was annoying

While there is SNF on in the dining area, our room has no local channels, no movie channels, no kids channels or sports channels . And some channels are pixelated or fade off and on. There’s no paper channel guide and the Guide Channel does not correspond to correct channels. Not acceptable for a hotel room. The breakfast is pretty good. Could use waffles and/or pancakes though. They used to have the same type of DINNER here, and need to bring that back.

We’ve stayed here a few times, but this will probably be the last. The TV channels are AWFUL! It’s Sunday and there are no local channels and not one football game on any channel. No TVLand, Nickelodeon, local channels, and that’s what we do when get back to our room-watch TV. But not here! The breakfast is not bad. Better than the hotel next door we’ve stayed at too. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are nice and treadmills are nice too. They used to serve dinner here and I think they should bring that back, and have popcorn ready all day.

Great Place To Stay for Working Getaways
Great little hotel. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as convient stores. People were super nice. Room was pretty typical but it was in good shape. Can't complain. The exterior of the hotel is not much to write home about but it has what you need. Oh and the breakfast was great.
