The place had excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast and the sip and snack was more of a meal with great food. As a widow traveling with 2 kids I felt very safe at this hotel, you needed your room kept for access to garage and the elevator lobby areas in the garage. Would give Ten stars if I could.

Family getaway
From check in to check out the staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the hospitality from everyone we encountered. Customer service was above excellent! The hotel was very clean. The food offered was good and the cook made sure the food was replenished and she consistantly checked temps on the food to ensure it was holding at the appropraite temperature. I cannot praise this hotel enough. I would stay here again if i ever come back in town.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. So many choices. Dinner snacks was an actual meal with choices. So you are served two meals. Plus 3 evening drinks. The only down fall was the parking fee. It needs to be included on website so it doesn't shock you when you check in, like it did me.

Superseeded out expectations. Beautiful viewa, easy check in and out, perfect location and wonderful staff. The drink vouchers, breakfast and dinner options were amazing, and the roomf big and spacious and bed really comfy. We will be back for sure!
