The front desk woman Nadia was amazing ! She was so nice and she helped us with everything we needed! All the staff I encountered were very friendly and nice! They also served drinks and dinner every night which is something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. If I ever come back to St. Louis I will be staying here again. I highly recommend!

The room was neat, tidy and well maintained. The kick-back dinner and drinks were a welcomed surprise. Loved having the fresh popped popcorn too. All the staff I had interactions with were pleasant and professional.

What I didn’t like about the king suite was the lack of 2 sitting chairs. Most king suites should suite 2 people at least and the lack of another chair is a thumbs down for us. I had to sit on the bed to read and my husband sat on the only chair available. This was not comfortable for my back and neck. However the hotel was great to stay for our short visit.
