We checked in after 11pm and Kenyada was nice and ready to help. She told us where to park our truck with trailer. The room was spacious. Clean and most comfortable bed Air was efficient too. Theres a sticker on bathroom mirror with all points of a clean room inspection. If by this way we will choose to stay here

Disappointed. The tv didn’t work on check in. I was told the next day no maintenance staff until Monday Thus was on a Friday. Moved to new room tv worked put the sheets were stained. I was told no housekeeping until Monday. I had to get a set from the front desk and change myself.

I like the kitchen in the room. Employees are very helpful. Toilet always clogs no matter what you do. The tv channels are limited but at least they do have some good channels. The tv is difficult to use cause the remote barely works. Some ups some downs but not a bad place to stay over all.

Im not picky AT ALL but this was unacceptable

I wanted to give them a chance but this was horrible. Customer service lady didn’t want to help and was really slow coming to the lobby. My room was absolutely filthy but I wasn’t sweating it. I called the lady upfront for some cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself, but she didn’t want to and said to take it up with management in the morning. I left to pick up some cleaning supplies myself but when I came back I discovered a used towel with red and pink stains all over it on top of the clean towels in the bathroom. At that point I gave up on trying to take a shower in that dirty tub. I couldn’t trust anything to actually be clean and the employee wouldn’t help at all. I normally don’t write reviews, even with bad experiences, but this was just too bad.

Bathroom vent condensation leaking water over edge of toilet into floor, had to put trash an under to dry floor. Bed was on metal frame, seemed more like twin bed than full sized. Ac made lots of noises and had to set on 63 to get cooled.

Underwhelmed, even for the price

The bed was very hard, and pillows non-existent. No shower curtain at all so water accumulated on the bathroom floor. For an extended stay, it might be helpful to have a bowl or some other things in the kitchen to use in the microwave or to eat. The dresser had shims under it and they were highly exposed and it would appear that it isnt important for thr staff to put them more completely under the dresser.
