I didnt even stay. I requested a pet room they didnt have one. I was still charged for the room even though i had to go to a seperate hotel. I never got my refund so now my husband has to dispute it with the bank.

we arrived as scheduled we waited 10 minutes or more for someone to check us in when she came she was very rude the motel advertised cots we available on trguest we asked for one was told quite hatefully they didn't have any i reminded them their add said different she didn't care did not have explained had to have a cot still said no so i said then you cannot accommodate us she that is right so we cancelled stay not by our choice we were very tired but she would not accommodate even tho their own statement said they could i do not feel we should pay for this as we did show up made attempt to stay

We checked in after 11pm and Kenyada was nice and ready to help. She told us where to park our truck with trailer. The room was spacious. Clean and most comfortable bed Air was efficient too. Theres a sticker on bathroom mirror with all points of a clean room inspection. If by this way we will choose to stay here
