Everyone was very kind here. Breakfast was great. Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in St. Louis!

Our room was decent. We stayed 5 days, the elevators were never cleaned. The hallways were never vacuumed. The floors felt sticky. The housekeeping was not friendly. Makes me rethink my stay at this hotel the next time we come through St. Louis. For the price we paid I was highly disappointed.

The free parking wasn't free. The staff entered my room unannounced before 9am while my 13 year old daughter was in the shower, after stating that they would come by around 9:30 with a iron.

Poor reservation holding.

I prepaid for a room with two queen beds and when I arrived they only had a room with a king bed which cost less than the room I paid for. The hotel was not willing to refund the difference.
