Excellent experience staying at Hampton Inn
Room was nice, bed was very comfortable after traveling from Minnesota. Hotel staff was excellent even offering suggestions to local restaurants in area. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Definitely would stay again when in that area.

I think when people have a dog they should be placed on a far end of hallway where there is less activity. I felt bad ours barked in the night at people walking to or from their rooms to the elevator.

When we got to our room the sliding door to the bathroom was very hard to push open. We talked to the front desk and the Maintenance Man came up within 10 minutes to fix it, and it worked from then on. The problem was that were no amenities in our room, i.e. ice bucket or glasses or TV menu.

We had to change rooms twice because the heat wasn't working and there was no maintenance person on the premises, we were told. The staff was great -- very helpful and apologetic for the problems. Wifi kept kicking my wife's computer off the network.

The staff arranged for an early check in which was very nice. Our room had a very lose shower/faucet handle and the plug in the bathroom didn't work after trying to reset so a few maintenance items that are needed. Great for a quick rest right off the interstate.
