I have stayed at this Hampton Inn before and the reason(s) that I have repeated the experience is: Check in is easy and staff always seem to be available. Breakfast times are sensible, the dining area never seems over crowded and the food is good. Parking area is appropriate for the size of the Inn.

what went well- very friendly front desk staff! We slept very well, the room (other than the shower) was clean and comfortable. area of opportunity- we never recieved any housekeeping services, towels replaced etc. there was also hair in the shower when we checked in. I am not sure if we were supposed to request clean towels etc…. never had to do that before

We arrived with police standing at the front desk. Later in the trip the electricity went out and part of our group was stuck in the elevator. The hotel is falling apart and not clean.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The 1st room was beside an elevator and loud. Then I was moved to a room with queen beds, but I paid for a king-size. Then that room leaked water. I reported it twice. I was forced to the next day, and the room I was moved to had everything falling apart in the bedroom, and the lights had an electricity problem because it was blinking on and off. I showed housekeeping, and she said it was reported several times already, but she would report it again

The day of check in, they told me they didn't have any rooms available and that I have to check with Expedia for further instructions on how to cancel my stay. Such a big inconvenience! Nice for a lay over

Was a nice place to stay especially when we came in last minute. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Check in was quick orderly. Breakfast was probably the best part, speaking as a fat kid…on check out the power went out had to walk down with luggage from the fourth floor.. Oh well got some exercise.

Check in gave us an OPERATING KEY to a room which was already OCCUPIED, walked into room with PURSE and clothes on bed, immediately walked out and reported to check-in after ARGUING with front desk for a few seconds about this is NOT my room or belongings, she checked us into room NEXT door to the room we WALKED IN on with our grand baby. So glad no one was in room and it wasnt Mr. HAPPY time for them
