I can always rely on a Hampton Inn. Our room was very spacious and had the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out was seamless, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Overall my stay was lovely. The room was clean, and so was the lobby and breakfast area. hotel. What I did not like was the location . The entrance to the parking lot is a steep hill, with a blind spot at the bottom. It snowing and it did not look like they had put and sand or salt down . We did find another way out through the back ,cutting through a couple of other hotel parking lots and through a shopping center . We found that by luck. There are no signs .

The hotel is a nice and clean hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The work desk area was great with plenty of pug ins and storage. The only downfall was noise from the floor above.

My favorite part of our stay was the very friendly, helpful and happy front desk staff. They were working the Thanksgiving holiday but made us feel so welcome! The breakfast was warm and had many options. The locations was perfectly located for all we wanted to see on our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Did not like the parking lot entrance. One way in one way out. Hard to see until you’re right on the entrance. Staff very accommodating needed to change rooms and staff was extremely helpful.

BEST PLACE in St. Charles!!
Upon arriving at the hotel, the clerk was very friendly & accommodating and check-in was quick and smooth. When we got to our room, there was an issue with the a/c, so the clerk very quickly moved us to another room. When going into the 2nd room, it was 2 full size beds, rather than 1 king bed that we had reserved. The clerk quickly moved us to a 3rd room, and upgraded it to a King Suite for the trouble. The room was Very Nice & Comfortable, and was Perfect for our needs. The Continental Breakfast was Delicious Each Morning, and We Enjoyed the Endless Coffee Provided in the Hotel Lobby. We Will Definitely Be Staying Here Again When in St. Charles. Thank You So Much for Your Kindness & Generosity!

Nice Place to Visit Old Town St. Charles
Call out to Jingles for great service. Breakfast was fine. Accommodation met expectations. We enjoyed a little explore of Old Town St. Charles.

Not terrible but not great.
Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible. Upon check-in and check-out, the desk attendant wasn’t easily able to locate. The floors in the room, including in the bathroom, were visibly dirty. They looked as though they had just been swept and not mopped between stays. The shower had two shampoo bottles and no conditioner. Sound in between floors and rooms travels terribly. Every step that the people in the room above us took was easily heard in our room. The hotel didn’t seem overly crowded but we were placed in the room immediately by the elevator doors, the highest traffic area of the floor. The breakfast options were impressive.
