The front desk staff were rude. I booked the room in my name and had my wallet stolen before check in. They weren’t able to let us check in with my husbands ID and credit card the other guests booked under my name. The rooms had been booked and paid for in July. The two staff members were unable to help and offered no assistance to help us check in because the rooms were booked through a third party. I was able to contact Expedia and they changed the name on the reservation in minutes. When we were finally able to check in they didn’t check in the other guests with our information and seemed confused we had another room. Finally they got us checked in for two rooms neither what was originally booked and paid for. The lobby and common areas of the hotel are nice but rooms are in need of updating.

There was blood on the curtains in our room, the showers had no water pressure and the room was 75 degrees and we had it set to 68. Other than that it’s a decent play the pool was to cold to use and the carpet was coming up in my room

We had to be transferred to 3 different rooms! The AC was leaking on to the carpets and had to sleep in there the first night because there were no other rooms to transfer to. The 2nd room was dirty. And the 3rd room was missing the shower curtain.

Front desk personnel were very nice especially Tiffany. Breakfast personnel were overwhelmed 2 persons handling dining room. Room was outdated sticking furniture drawers toilet running had to keep jiggling handle. House keeping has personnel that did speak or understand english when told room occupied till after noon they never returned.

Good hotel for Downtown St Louis

We stay here every time we go to Busch Stadium. It’s very convenient & walkable to Ballpark Village & the stadium. Valet parking is a nice touch.

For a top tier hotel I was very disappointed when my room was not ready even 90 minutes past check-in. I had been in my room for about ten minutes when another guest came into my room as they had been given my room. The staff at the front was rude.

Great ballgame location. Lobby is great. Small elevators that cause long waits. Frustrating. Rooms were clean but small with really small bathroom. Probably just the norm for an older building. For convenience - a home run. For the cost - would expect a little more from the rooms.

The room i got put in had someone else's luggage and an unmade bed. Went all the way back down to have the lady get a manger who told me it was impossible that he was just up there but obviously I know what I saw and that was someone's room. Then I got put into a room I did not pay for. I paid for a king and got a double room I didn't want. Then spent all this time with the room stuff all we wanted to do before heading to roof was swim hence I picked your hotel for that and we barely got any time to swim and they wouldn't extend it.

Traveling with kids for a STL baseball game. Check-in was at 4pm. We were here at 3:30 PM and our room was not ready until 5:30 PM. The game started at 6:15 which means we missed dinner and were rushed. The staff did not care one bit and were extremely rude. One lady with the concierge said she was going to check on our room and never came back. Worst service I have ever had at a Hilton Hotel.

Slightly disappointed

Check in was rough, we waited in line for 20 minutes to be told our room wasn't ready yet. When it finally was ready, we had paid for a room with a view of the baseball field, but it couldn't actually be seen because we were only on the 6th floor. Rooftop bar was nice and had a view of the field though. The room was clean and the stay was fine, but I was overall disappointed considering the price we paid for a room with no view
