I stayed here October 4-5 my card was twice for the same room. And it immediately came up my phone as a alert, I spoke with the front desk clerk and she stated that wasn't the case until I show her my alert on the phone and spoke with Manager Ryan this morning I was charged 633.00 for room that shouldn't cost 318.00 explain?? Which resulted in my acct overdrafts with fee.

Centrally located for site seeing. Grabbed shared rides to the trolley and the river cruise, though they may have been walkable. Sadly, the Arch was closed. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Anjas for working so many meals during my stay. He was a friendly constant during my stay.

The minute you walk in to the Hilton Pennywell you are hit with Aromatherapy...the scent brings you a sense of peace and Serenity. The customer service of the staff is next level! The decor is impeccable, food is delicious, the beds are second to none and the showers take you straight to HEAVEN! It's location is near many attractions and restaurants that are walkable. THE HILTON PENNYWELL IS A 10 OUT OF 10!!!!!!!

Customer service and cleanliness needs work.

Room was very dusty and loud. Slamming doors and traffic outside on 4th street all night kept us awake. Walls and windows provided zero noice insulation. The service was not up to par. Bar was not appropriately staffed for a Saturday night and the bartender used explicit language expressing displeasure when a cocktail was ordered rather than a beer or wine. Very disrespectful and disappointing. Check in/out reception was quick but acted like they didn’t want to be bothered with questions for out of town suggestions.

While I understand that the front desk staff is not at fault, I was disappointed to discover that the bed sheets in my room were in unacceptable condition. While I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the front desk staff in quickly moving us to another room, it was still a discouraging first impression. Earlier, when dining on-site, we found the kitchen was out of several requested items, including the blackening seasoning, a number of entrées, and even standard beverages such as soda and juice. As this is both my first time in this state and my first stay at this property, I had hoped for a more welcoming experience. As an Honors member, I expected a higher level of service and consistency than what has been provided thus far.
