We were on a 2000 mile road trip and came here for two days to meet friends. Street parking is free at weekends which saved $100 on valet parking. The Arch, riverbank, cathedral and Spaghetti House restaurant are all a short walk away. The room was standard and we saw a lovely sunrise across the Mississippi. The building is a converted bank and keeping the safe as a gift shop was a quaint touch. Breakfast service was slow even though the hotel was not busy.

The hotel is beautiful on the inside. Staff was helpful & attentive. Lots of light in bathroom when getting ready to go out. Unique lobby bank vault is the snack shop (used to be a bank) modem tasteful decor. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Beautiful guestroom & bathroom. I would stay there again
