Our initial interaction was the front desk lady (white w/brown hair) getting into it with a guest , she then attempted to help me , but was unable to find my reservation, didn’t ask the other lady for help just said we have another one then without any assistance or explanation she just began talking to the next guest. Extremely unprofessional , Thankfully the other lady was very polite, helpful & had a way for the information & communicated much more then the other lady. She got us a room took about 45 mins. We had 2 rooms , our tv didn’t work , rooms looked like they needed work , & one room still had trash in the bin , but we got back in late from sight seeing so didn’t push it , some lights only partially worked . Overall the stay was just what it was needed a place to lay our heads , but the one front desk lady could definitely use some extra training to do her job efficiently or at least communicate what she has to do and what steps are next.

We had surprisingly been upgraded into a HUGE suite. The place is absolutely beautiful. Plus there is access to a snack shop 24/7. They are doing construction outside so their parking lot was unavailable. However, there was a huge parking lot right around the corner that was open to the public. It cost us $12 to park for the night! I am very picky and this hotel exceeded my expectations!

The hotel was under construction so the floor our room was on was a mess. Parking was horrible, the parking lot is also under construction. So you have very limited street parking and a pay lot. They say they offer breakfast however they don’t. The room its self was very nice. Just getting to the room is less than desirable conditions.

I was able to check in many hours earlier than I was supposed to so I really appreciate the staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed and there was construction going on throughout the day. Very clean room.

This hotel is in extremely poor shape. Not a single usb charge point, bathroom extractor fan not working, bathtub had patches of paint peeling off, as well as only 2 sides of the mirror lighting working. Overall poor lighting, funky, musty odour throughout the whole hotel, no breakfast, no restaurant operating during weekdays. Reception staff very unhelpful and had no record of our booking. Disservice to the Holiday Inn brand as well as Expedia

Good shower however the water didn’t turn completely off. No closet at all; no where to hang clothing. No where to put your suitcase. Not a user friendly room. Couldn’t regulate the temperature. Old thermostat was loose on the wall and I had play with it to change the temperature, bad! Breakfast was terrible. Kept running out of food that wasn’t even good.

Ok but not fantastic

This was a business trip and while the staff were very friendly, we had some concerns about the cleanliness of the space. The room next to ours appeared to be in the middle of a deep clean/mattress change, which gave us concerns for the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The location was fairly convenient, but the hotel could use a face lift, and the surrounding road leading to the hotel could use some repairs. We heard from multiple colleagues who live nearby that this was not a safe area, though we did not experience any issues ourselves. All staff that we talked with were friendly and helpful. The pool looked like fun, though we did not have time to use it.
