It’s just ok, nothing special. Smelled of heavy smoke. Most restaurants were closed on Wednesday. There were no staff anywhere to help you. Shower/bath would not drain (gross) no one cared to help or switch rooms. Bed was really old, linens didn’t fit well. We will not stay here again. If you are coming for a concert, stay down the road a few miles. They casino charges you for a shuttle to the amphitheater.

Front desk service was absolutely amazing. The staff was not as prepared for a tornado as they should be. Seemed no employee really knew what to do or how to get guests to safety. Not good. Most staff were excellent at bar, restaurants and casino. The food at the coffee bar was gross. Disappointed the smokehouse was closed. Despite website, there are no free drinks while you gamble. Rooms were just fine, nice to have a fridge. Glad to have a shuttle to concert venue but $15 is a bit much.

It was okay. Loud people screaming in the halls at all hours of day and night, and someone decided to try the emergency exit at 7am, which woke up the entire 9th floor.

Concert

This hotel was very convenient for getting to concert at Amphitheatre. The shuttle is reasonably priced and organized. When you get there a separate shuttle entrance is available. The phone in the hotel room did not work. I had to walk to desk at midnight. There is no late night food and only one vending machine , which is on the second floor. It was broken and many people were trying to use it. If you gamble and go to concerts this hotel makes sense. The staff was very friendly.

Mattress was flat in middle, a/c wasnt cool when we first arrived we had to get maintenance to fix broken toilet. Microwave would be nice to have either in room or when vending machines are.

The bed is very uncomfortable. Sore neck, back and body from that 1 night sleep. Unfortunately. No amenities at all, no coffee in lounge area, no pool, nothing. Layout is confusing to get to parking garage, have to go to main floor to cross to garage. ONLY convenient if going to Amphitheater. But would not stay here again.
