I showed up NOT pleased, as I had been diagnosed with Covid right after the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not work with me AT ALL. The traditional 24-36 hr cancellation deadline is far more reasonable for visitors who pay extra to have a deadline.
It was ok. The elevator is an old one it doesn't work quite right. Lots of homeless around outside. Very limited parking leaving no option but pay 45.00 a night for the hotel valet to park your car. Our room was clean and the staff friendly though and it is walking distance to a lot of different attractions downtown.
Enjoyed my stay, breakfast was great every morning, the staff was very friendly and accommodating with great recommendations for exploring the area, clean room, many things in walking distance, overall great stay and would go back.

Excellent except for the construction and lack of parking
Great, clean suite in the middle of STL downtown. It is about 20-30 mins from STL airport and minutes by walk to most of downtown / arch. The breakfast was hot, proper continental. Coffee was great. The kitchenette had proper, useful appliances. The hotel staff were one of the kindest and hard working people I have met. At 1 AM in the morning, front office staff DelShannon helped me print some last minute papers needed for my business event the next day! I cannot see such kindness and customer obsession these days anywhere else.
Everything was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that we booked a room with a queen bed but there was only a double in the room.
We arrived late around 11 pm due to train delay so we didn't get to enjoy full stay for 1 day. Although, we enjoyed having 2 rounds of breakfast. Their breakfast buffet was great and worth the stay instead of buying outside since food outlets are not yet open. Breakfast service starts at 6 am to 10 am. We were glad to get to eat before going and coming back from our appointment.
