I booked a full week here, I left after 3 days. No apology, no refund. The hotel smelled, there is prostitution going on. The TV never worked, the bathroom sink leaks. Like How TF is this acceptable but I still haven't received a refund!!?????

Terrible place. Do not go this place.

This place is terrible for the amount of money you pay. The building is in bad condition, the beds are dirty, there is trash everywhere. They asked for 50 bucks for deposit which was paid by debit card. The next morning, the person at the front desk tried yo say that I didn’t paid deposit, when I showed them the charge on my card they still tried to refund my deposit. You are better off sleeping in your car than this place.

First room: no light in the bathroom and the smoke alarm needed new batteries and it was beeping. I informed the front desk and they were kind enough to move me to a different room. Room 2, everything was fine, lights working fine, smoke alarm fine. Till the next morning when I needed to take a shower and the shower head is broken and poor leakage from the drain. Even though the staff was super friendly. I got exactly what I paid for but I’ll take it as a learning opportunity and choose a better hotel next time.

I don't like the fact that the front desk clerks they gossip about people's business who come in and out they're not helpful and very disrespectful and rude I wouldn't stay here I will find a better place to stay crappy location no dining areas no grocery stores no banks around nothing I didn't like it I would never stay there again also didn't feel safe

Worse experience I’ve had at a stay smelled like urine throughout the entire building as well babies cried all night people arguing in the hallways I felt like I was in the projects I’m a spike Lee movie

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty. Some of the rooms were condemned with signs on the door. It looks nothing like the pictures online. It was just disgustingand unlivable.
