The past couple of weeks we had snow. No one ever came out to do the parking lot. I've gotten stuck at least 4 times I've had to help people out of he snow people had to help me out the snow and at 3 different times I was told by 3 different people at the front desk that they were going to get help. Help never came, and now. The snow is melting due to the temp or the increase in temperatureThe sun is out and the snow is melting. So we never got any help for snow removal and the communication was not visible or verbal.

It’s so many roaches it don’t make no sense… it’s only cool if you need somewhere to go cus you don’t want to sleep in your car or on the streets n u got a little money to spend on a room so you won’t be completely homeless… before I leave I’m going to have to go through all my stuff to make sure I don’t bring no roaches with me.. I would not come here unless you have too.. I repeat this is only a place you come too if you’re in need

The pros: The staff was really kind The Cons: The main sign in front of the hotel has the lights blown out. The hotel room floors are dirty, cigarette/cigar burn marks on the bedding, sinks, and bathtub. How is this possible for a non-smoking room I do understand that this hotel also has permanent residents, so maybe that's why the upkeep is so poor. It's in a decent location, Just the upkeep is so poor. Thanks

In the first place, they give us the room and never been clean and then he changed it to another room If you are not sure the room has been clean why reserve it to people Room smell bad loud music in the parking lot coming through the window we couldn't sleep all night. There is no security go tell people to stop loud music on or turn it down I recommend people to go somewhere else this is so crazy, please ?
