We had made reservations a year in advance to stay at the Hyatt. We also had tickets to go to a concert in St. Louis the night of our check in. I had received emails from the property and from Expedia and our reservations were secured until 2 hours prior to check in. At this time I was informed that the Hyatt was over booked and that they were canceling my reservations. I called the property and tried to discuss the issue and without any efforts whatsoever to try and help me fix the issue and offer me my room that I had reserved a year prior to this check in date. They did nothing to resolve this issue and canceled my reservations. Management very unprofessional, staff very rude and unhelpful. I have stayed here one other time and had a pleasant experience but I can honestly say that due to this past experience with this property. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

We had no cold water not all of us was able to take a shower. My son is eight years old. It was way too hot. Also, he couldn’t even brush his teeth because we had no cold water. It was completely hot and then we were roomed next to a family with a crying baby all night long and it was like the baby was in our room. We got no sleep whatsoever, I cannot believe how loud it was from the room next-door .

Stayed because of the Pink concert down the road. Convenient location to Cardinalnation. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Disapponted with service. Requested additional blanket a couple of different times but never received. Only 4 out of the 8 elevators were working.

Staff were outstanding. Property location was easy to find and get to. Room itself is rated at 3 stars. The shower floor is marble and far too slippery when wet! If there had been any kind of grab bar there or some kind of mat, it would have been better. Room is a bit cramped for the price. (Room 1577).
