I have nothing positive to say about my experience. I booked 2 queen beds handicap accessible room. I got 2 full beds (staff assured me they were queen. I can prove they were not.) and a bench screwed over the standard bathtub. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. The mirror made a weird clicking noise. The first room they put us in the shower curtain was broken nearly off the wall. The second room was not better. The shower leaked all over the floor. Paint was peeling from the wall. There was other people's hair wrapped around the shower. The bottom of the tub was grey and slimy. The carpet in the halls had mystery stains. The coffee tray had food particles left from the last ocupent. Even the Bible pages were wet and stuck together. Breakfast was subpar at best. They did not provide enough food for the residents, and half of the hard boiled eggs we got were runny. We were in town for medical reasons, and had prepaid for the room. So we did not have the funds to cancel and find another place once we got there, as it would have taken days to get the money back and we had already paid for other things. It was false advertising at its finest. The hotel staff told us to get a hold of Expedia for a refund. Then Expedia staff said they need hotel permission to do a refund. And of course hotel management now claims we never complained at all. Yet they moved our rooms. Would write more but character limits. Will not go back. Save yourself. Do not go here.

They did not clean our room as they were supposed to. Gave a lame excuse about Mexican maids not being able to read signs. Where is the guests discount for them hiring less maids than needed below minimum wage?

After a long day of training, it was rather disappointing to return to a room that had not been touched by housekeeping services. Upon returning from my second evening of training and before going upstairs I asked the front desk if my room had been cleaned yet, it had NOT! The front desk person stopped what she was doing, told me to rest a few minutes in the lobby and she went upstairs to get it done. It was beyond clean. Her customer service skills were excellent.

The breakfast had good choice. Management was somewhat helpful. They want you to use Towels for 3 Days. Unless you ask for fresh set. We ask for a fresh set of towels and got them, but no washcloths.

Everything was great. Only stayed one night but the staff and room were perfect. We had car trouble so arrived later than we planned on (around 7) but had no issues checking in and getting straight to a room. We will plan to stay here the next time we go to St. Louis

Non smoking rooms smoke smelling, dirty carpets, door lock not working even after reporting it three times, and AC not working. Aside of the kindness of some employees, one of my worst experiences at a La Quinta hotels.
