Attractive entry way, dated hallways and we'll configured room with good bed. TV cable didn't work but was able to determine cable connection was fraided before help arrived. Tub was not inviting.

The hotel staff were nice but the building, including the rooms were not very clean. The bed were sloppily made and were super lumpy. One had a large dip in the middle. The tub was stained and the carpeting in the hall was littered with leaves and debris. The first attempt to get in the room, we were given a key to a room already occupied. The back door to the hotel was propped open by other patrons for our entire stay.

The room issued to me had a key card that would not work properly, and a door that was stuck. When I requested a new room at the front desk, the employee insisted that they could help, so they walked me back to the room. The employee then began shoulder-checking the door while inserting the key card. It took multiple attempts, but the door eventually opened. At this point, the employee turned to me with a sense of acconplishment and suggested that all I needed to do was follow their demonstration: insert the card rapidly whilst shoulder-checking the door until it opens. I declined and requested a new room. The employee then reassured me a few more times and asked if I was sure. I was absolutely sure. I requested a new room. The employee then reiterated that I was "doing it wrong" and all I had to do was insert the card rapidly and shoulder-check the door multiple times. Because it "works fine". Again, I calmly insisted on a new room. It only took a few exchanges before the employee was accomodating, and after our awkward elevator ride back to the lobby, they issued a new room and card to me. The new room was great and everything worked out. Still the single-most-bizarre encounter I've ever had at any hotel.

Maybe the worst night in a Hotel ever!

I guess it must be under renovation? The van was in the shop. The pool was out of order. The elevator was out of order. The carpets in the common areas were covered in trash. They don't offer shuttle service at 5:00 am. The sink and the tub looked like they may have salvaged them from the junk yard, so beat up. Permanent ring in the tub. Scratched up. Hammering and flushing (the same one over and over) and machines going all night long. The lights by the bed were about to fall off the wall and only one worked. Some sticky substance on the carpet was like Velcro to my shoe. Pillows so lumpy I couldn't use them. Wifi would not connect. They said iphones were having trouble today.

Computer in lobby was unusable because there was no mouse for it. When I needed to get help for a flat tire, the front desk had no phone book available. The TV in my room didn't work, and the elevator broke down on the last day of my stay. My experience here is usually much better, so perhaps this was an anomaly. But the staff was totally unhelpful.

Convenient, nice hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property before. It’s convenient to highways and friends/family. They also take dogs for a reasonable fee. However the outside digital door lock broken right before my ck in. So I couldn’t get in door at back where my room was to get my luggage in. I had to drive back to front with my luggage at the back door to get help. Then front desk person at ck in gave me new keys and I drove back. She miscoded keys and the next day they didn’t work and I had to walk back to front of hotel. I’m partially handicapped, it was hot and I was pretty aggravated by the time I got back to front to find out she miscoded keys day before. They need to fix those locks as I’ve had issues on previous stays.

La Quinta, unfortunately, was a tremendous let down for me and my family who rented three rooms. The place had a "no hot water" issue that was only disclosed after checking in was completed. That was leaked by a current resident who said he spent the day or so without hot water. The carpet in the rooms were dirty. The tubs in every room were dirty with black streaks in it. The beds were lumpy and creaky as if they were unchanged for months or years. Hospitality I was told by staff had to be requested personally to be gotten. What? The only good side was that the coffee and breakfast items were good. Other than that, I think this place was shady and disingenuous...

Front desk checked us in without informing us that there was no hot water and there had been no hot water the day before. However, it was fixed within a hour or two. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. Elevator is extremely slow. There were a lot of dogs, just a heads up for those with allergies.

I was giving the room key to a room that was occupied. The carpet nasty with visible dirt and stains. Tub need to be replaced or reglazed. Getting new towels was a hassel. My stay was for 3 nights, was not provided with any additional services unless i request it. Be mindful the property has permanent residence on site. I booked in this area for the location and that was the only convience i had!
