Our room was not cleaned. After we checked in, we left shortly for a concert. When we arrived later I realized we only had one towel in the entire suite. This place is disgusting! The sheets were dirty. There was a used towel still in the shower. The couch was so dirt i put a sheet over it. The dishes were dirty. The walls had grim everywhere.

The cover on the pullout mattress was visibly dirty as were several parts of the shower. They did give us a clean cover and new bedding for the pull out. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom when we checked in and zero after the maid service. The pool was closed for maintenance for our 3 night stay. Really unfortunate since it was close to 100 degrees ourtside this week and we would have liked to take a break and swim (even inside). The desk staff just kept telling us to "check back tomorrow" The breakfast was very limited. Waffles and oatmeal were the only "hot" portions. Bagels/bread, cereal, green bananas, juice and yogurt were the only other things offered. I don't want to complain about free food, but it was less than I expected for a continental breakfast.

Are you hitting up a concert at the Hollywood Amphitheater? And are you bringing fur baby’s? I highly recommend staying here. You can walk to the venue, it is that close. Customer Service was just ok. I was quoted different pricing over the phone before getting there which made me a little angry at check in. Also they didn’t seem willing to make it better. We will see when I get the finalized bill. The showers stopper wouldn’t stay up , we had to use a butter knife from the kitchen to keep it open while showering. And the day we left, the water was freezing cold. They don’t have hot breakfast and the pool was not working during our stay.

Booked the room based on good reviews and proximity to the concert venue, upon arrival learned that the property had changed ownership recently(reviews seem to be based on previous ownership). The property was ok over all but definitely starting to show its age. We decided to go to the pool and they didn’t have any pool towels available so we used the bath towels from the room and I had to request extra towels twice before receiving them and was questioned about what time I asked for towels previously in the day. I was finally given towels, I was told that they were the last two clean towels. The front desk staff seemed distracted and not engaged with customers. All minor inconveniences but I expect better based on reviews and price point.
