Overall great experience at the hotel and its proximity to all of the locations I attended downtown was great. The downside is the lack of a microwave in the hotel room; I understand this may be due to having a restaurant on site, however some people have meals they have to bring with them due to dietary restrictions. Lastly, the carpet and bathtub/shower contained hair therefore I considered the room not to the best standard. Otherwise, the stay was great and the staff was timely and kind with their service. Would recommend and visit again.

Awesome spacious room with comfortable bed. Clean hotel with good restaurant and staff. Pet friendly. Dog area to the side of the hotel and great areas to walk in.

Overall, the hotel vibe and the people were great. We had issues with our door and the HVAC making a squeeling noise in the middle of the night. The second room we reserbed had no problems.

This place looks great in pics and fails in every sense of the word. They forget they are a hotel and should be hospitable. Had to beg each day for room service. Rooms DO NOT Have pull out couch/bed. My daughter had to sleep on couch. They just miss on all levels.
