Very friendly professional staff greeted us right after the valet took our vehicle to save parking. I would highly recommend this property. It’s a very classy place. Very reasonable price!

Valet parking was absolutely terrible. $48 tax. The 2 times I got my car during my stay were waits over 35 mins one over 40 mins. I understand 15 mins but come on over 35 mins.

Nice stay some quirks but it was nice

We stayed for our birthdays. The room was spacious and had a sitting area that was very nice. It would have been nice to have a microwave and a better coffee maker ( i know its a higher end one but it wasnt very good). The having butter cookies and milk in evening was nice but im gluten free so only my husband could enjoy. The coffee machine was very loud as was the toilet. The ceiling in bathroom had paint peeling and showed some damage that needed some repair... but nothing that effected the stay. The valet was kind of a burden not even being able to get to the car for something if we forgot it. But it was nice they offered parking.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful. The architecture, the design, is beautifully preserved. The only thing i didnt love was carpet in the hotel room. It was clean enough, just not a fan of carpet in any hotel room. But i would definitely stay here again and again!

Not what we expected

I was super excited to stay here from the way they made it look so charming in add, but there were no cozy robes or cookie service, the front desk women didn’t give us our breakfast tickets and when we went down to get them I have no idea where she was (gone for about 15 minutes), the waiter that waited on us smelled like B.O. I spent a little more and got a nicer room and it just seemed old with old furniture in it. We did do the restaurant at night and had a great coffee and cheesecake.
