Stayed here for a Cardinals game. It was just a short walk to the stadium. No issues to walk there. Take advantage of valet parking at the hotel. Clean and safe

This property certainly does not live up to Marriott standards. Rooms are worn, amenities limited, towels old, dull, not folded neatly. Room was noisy and impossible to cool.

Will never stay here again. Was charged for parking and breakfast when it was supposed to be complimentary ($200.00 additional for two nights). No ice available in the entire hotel and staff members said guests complain about this and no access to drinks but nothing is done about it. Internet was poor. No dining. The refrigerators in room are unplugged as are the vending machines and ice machines on each floor. Valet was supposed to be complimentary but I was charged. Parking is a block and a half away in a very sketchy part of the city. Don’t stay here!!! 20 floors of deserted hotel that was probably nice at one time. This was a total waste of $1,000 for two nights!!! It was horrible!

The staff was amazing but the service to get dinner was terrible. We sat at one of the tables for over 30 minutes before squeezing into the bar to order dinner. Also we were constantly waiting 5-10 minutes to catch an elevator to the high rises.

Staff is nice but follows the rules (which they should) Internet is not free although it should be. It is a basic necessity just like water, and electricity. Close walking distance to the Arch and the Stadium. Not much else around the hotel and surrounded by abandoned buildings. No issues with the hotel, or rooms or beds or anything like that. Room was quiet and comfy when I slept.
