Weekend trip

My stay was great! It was a weekend trip and I had no complaints with Marriott. The only problem was the valet left my lights on over night and when I was ready to go I had to wait for them to jump my car. Charé at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful at check out!!

Already used toilet paper in the bathroom, hair on the pillows, terrible signal, rude staff for the restaurant. Loved all the women managing the garage! The beds were comfortable but could be cleaner. Also I love how close it was to the dome. Very easy walk.

Our room was great! Large open room, with spacious bathroom. Beautiful view, very clean. Great bar downstairs. Valet parking was overpriced at $58 a day (weekend night). Only two elevators worked on Sunday morning at check out time. We were on the 19th floor. It was very crowded and chaotic.

Nice amenities, helpful and friendly staff. The banquet and ball rooms were hard to get to being in two different buildings, having to use multiple escalators and elevators to get back and fourth.

One elevator in the parking garage was out of order so we had to wait at times and people would just crowd into it. The directions for parking before you check-in need better clarification. The lobby was packed due to a wedding reception and people were drunk one guy even puked. They needed some separation from paying guests and reception attendees most of them seemed to be leaving late.

very good, but not an excellent experience

The hotel was very clean and the staff were great! I particularly liked the water bottle filling machines on our floor and in the lobby. It was a bummer that only 2 elevators (of 5) worked when so many of us were coming back in from the ballgame on Saturday night, and that there are no restrooms in the lobby.

Have an oversized truck that would not fit in the parking garage. Parking with the “nook” parking for a fee made life much easier with in and out access during game weekend.
