I was there for 2 days. first night parties and fights in the parking lot. Second day returned to police cars everywhere, then thing get really bad. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon the fire alarms were pulled, at 11 pm fights in the hallway outside my door, then a person screaming in the hallway that he had a gun and was going to starts shooting everyone. Call the front desk multiple time with no answer. Stayed in my room till morning then went to check out in the morning and have a discussion but again no one around. Please do not stay here if you value your safety.

My reception at the front desk was ,,",you have to wait. I'm helping someone else." No one was at the counter or in the lobby when I walked in. We ( myself /daughter) were asked- are you bring all that into the room? - it was RUDE! My daughter has a handicap sign. She was in the handicap parking. The guy at the front desk asked her to move her car. He pulled in and then WASHED his personal car with a hose!!!!! We don't smoke- We were bluntly told no smoking inside. Yet the hallways smell like deodorizer trying to cover up the smoke smell. Rooms smell gross!! The bathroom floor was dirty. The rooms were recently remodeled - but the smell won't change the fact that this place is bad! I had to give it 1 star .. but that's being nice. I'm traveling and my car is having mechanical issues or we wouldn't have stayed!!! DON'T STAY HERE!

All the reviews say how clean this hotel was but it was not at all. Hallway had a puddle of water outside of it, sheets on one of the beds were not clean, floors in the rooms were not clean. One of the rooms we had smelled moldy and mildew. We saw a few bugs on the floors-not sure what they were. I will say the front desk guy acted quickly when a crazy man was yelling and hollering and acting all crazy running around the hallways and quickly called the cops. Not sure how it has gotten all the good reviews. Guess you get what you pay for.

Firstly, when entered lobby smells very nice and asked desk employee and he said fragrance machine, Front desk employee who checked me in was very cool and helpful and requested for first floor and room was 204, room wise looks great clean, mini fridge and microwave, bathroom was clean, toilet and Watter pressure was good and dont find any issues, great stay!

Pros: Room key card was required to enter the building at the exit door I used and from stairwells / Denny's is located right next door and I received good food & service there. Receptionists were friendly. Cons: Ice bucket was missing (only plastic liner remained and it leaked) / Only ice maker available was in the lobby / Remote was missing (I got a spare from the front desk) / the 2 chairs in the room were cheap and didn't match / I believe the base of the toilet was leaking and there was a gross stain under the tank / No shelves on the shower wall and no shampoo-conditioner was provided / Argument in the parking lot and heavy traffic noise was clearly heard on the 3rd floor and I believe there was a guy smoking a crack pipe by a box truck (but I suppose the hotel can't be blamed for that one) / The light switch located next to the door isn't hooked up to anything. The only lights are the wall sconces that have an individual switch located under the lamp. Lights should be able to be switched-on the minute you go in the door. / I'm not a fan of vinyl flooring in hotel rooms. It feels weird to go barefoot and feet feel dirty afterwards. / Pool was closed and seemed in bad condition.
