Great place to stay!!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over that last few years. It is always comfortable, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Although the breakfast is fairly simple, it is always fresh, tasty and prepared with care.

Breakfast was very good. They had scrambled eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy, along with other choices. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. Staff always had a smile and willing to help.

A Relaxing Trip

We was welcomed by the manager, allowed to check in early and move our room to downstairs. The room was very nice and the microwave/ refrigerator was very nice. It was nice to have a hot shower before going to bed. We came back after an early morning departure to St. Louis and got back in time for breakfast.

Had a little trouble with the shower water temperature. Water temp coming out of the tub spout was not the same as water temp coming out of shower spout. Shower spout water would alternate between being hot and cold. Reported to front desk. Bed linen and pillows seemed to be old. Not what I have experienced in the past there.

Just one issue, our room was a highway side facing room on 3rd floor even number room, all I -55 north traffic was way too loud to until 3am, not a good night sleep for 6 nights, I will stay again bu request opposite to highway room.
