The staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. There was a cough drop on the floor by the bed and long hairs on the bathroom floor. Not sure the floors had been cleaned. When we plugged devices in the lamp outlet, they fell back out. The tv didn't work, had to ask twice for someone to reset it. Didn't realize there was no housekeeping during our 3 day stay. The faucets in the bathtub were so loose, i thought they'd come off. And the toilet paper was so thin! I hesitated to write this because usually I just let things go, but all added up, I think it needs attention. We went with the Wyndham name. Should have double-checked. The breakfast was fine.

Our first room sink drained straight to the floor so was moved rooms. Our second room thermostat was broken i went down numerous times throughout the day since it was single digit temp outside and freezing in our roo. To constantly be told maintenance was gone. This is a huge issue and unexceptable, we spent 3 days miserable because front desk said there was nothing they could do.

The room was clean. The staff was super nice. The parking was OK because it’s next to a restaurant and there’s a little bit construction going on around the property. The whole thing I ask for is that the heater be turned on before before arriving because the room felt like a freezer when I walked in, and I noticed that the heater was off that’s all

The room was very damp and musty smelling. We asked for extra towels and never received them. We had no cups. The shampoo dispenser was the only one that worked and it had a black greasy substance mixed in with it.
