Went to check in at 3 and waited 30 minutes in line. Each person took 5-6 minutes to check in. Keys for rooms did not work as well so an employee had to walk each person to their door to open it. When to our event and got back late and didn’t realize until the morning that the Bathroom and tub were filthy and had shoe prints in the tub and lots of hairs. No parking spots left and we had to park at the hotel next to us. Staff seemed nice but definitely won’t be staying here again.

Vacation travel

The check in person was very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit dirty (dusty furniture and floors). The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was average at best and the host was late putting it out. We had to wait to get items, and even then the variety was pretty slim. She also did not seem happy or apologetic. Was an easy on/off from the interstate, and within walking distance of Cracker Barrel and other places. Gas station near by too.

Rooms are not cleaned, towels are not replaced, and trash is not removed for stays under four days - but guests are not informed of this policy anywhere. When I asked about it, the staff admitted that guests weren't told about this practice and explained that they cannot find adequate cleaning staff. The lack of communication about reduced housekeeping services and the inability to maintain basic cleanliness standards made for an extremely disappointing stay.

Nice hotel, but in an odd, hard to get to area. It was quiet. We checked in but the desk person, Bradley, just had his computer go down and couldn’t make our room keys! But he stuck with it and eventually got them made. He didn’t lose his cool and just kept at it until he got us our keys. He was VERY pleasant about the whole thing and handled it very well. The hotel was very nice, tho the ice machines were not working at all that night and the following morning when we checked out. Bradley should get a promotion!

I had set up through Expedia to pay when I got there. We always use a different card to actually put it on when we arrive. The hotel charged the card that I used to hold it before we got there it would not correct it our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty with no cups in the room for the coffee. The main part of the floor looked OK however if she looked close, it was dirty. Breakfast the first day was not great. They were out of half of the stuff breakfast. The second day was fine. Staff at the hotel was not friendly.

Location was was great as it's central to the mountains and St Louis.Checked in and 1st room stunk from cigar smoke and shower was nasty with hair and setiment. 2nd room, I had to have bathroom cleaned as well, but they NEVER cleaned the mold on the shower wall or the bowl.Dust on lamps and mirror tops.

The staff were very nice! The downside was the older condition of the place, with a glitchy tv that was pixelated and lost connection and sound every few seconds.
