I was very disappointed when housekeeping never came. Part of the joy of staying in a hotel as a mom is being taken care of for once. Everyone working here was very lovely. The fault seems to lie in management for this. The room needs a bit of work. The bed should be scooted over just one foot or so, so that the sofa sleeper, when opened, does not bump right up against the main bed. This made getting out of bed very challenging in the night.

The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful from check-in and throughout the stay. The extra amenities were nice touches on the hospitality: the popcorn, soda, nacho bar and happy hour were all appreciated and staff did a great job delivering them.

Upon checking had to wait for employee to get off their phone before I could check in. Air conditioner in room had to be reset several times to blow out cold air. Finally went downstairs at 3:00 a.m. because I woke up in a pool of sweat. Was given another room the next morning.

We had a great stay. Right next to union station and walking distance to places to eat and explore. Free breakfast and self parking. The breakfast menu had a huge variety which was surprising. Popcorn and free soda machine. The pool area was filled with several kids and I left the hottub after 10 minutes. I would not expect to use the hot tub to relax. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay.
