I have stayed for the last 7 years when in S Louis, been going down the last 4 and now it’s horrible, roaches, tv never came on, holes in covers, those pillows soooo sad, wasn’t clean and smelled molded, base birds molded just horrible all kind of people sitting and ganging around outside

Urine smells in the room no coffee machine, hairs in the refrigerator, dirty stuffs in the sink and the toilet is not clean. The carpet is too dirty in the room and whole building. It was too bad to stay.

The hotel smelled like mold. The front door was dirty. We were told we were going into a non-smoking room however, a bag was placed over the fire alarm in the room and it smelled like smoke. We were offered another room, however that room smelled like mildew. This hotel was horrible and we will never stay here again.
