Horrible it took staff 20 min to check me in because they were not at the desk. The hotel smelled bad. There is no security. The room luckily did not have bugs like others say. The bathroom sink look like it will fall. The tv channels do not work. The microwave didn't work. Fridge was leaking. Bed very uncomfortable. Dirty lamps and floors. Stay far away from this place. They do charge a $100 deposit please pay cash.

Not So Quality Inn

The Quality Inn was average at best. The beds were extremely stiff. They felt like how you would assume a prison bed would feel. The toilet plastic was peeling. The only positive is the air, heat, and fridge worked

Very convenient for a quick trip to the STL airport. However, the bed was very uncomfortable (actually both were just hard - which isn't my personal preference). There is no supression of noise in the room- so everything in the hallway, people talking, doors slamming, etc. were very loud. There is no access to drinking water which seemed odd. Normally you can at least buy bottles of water- but there was only a single vending machine with like 6 various types of sodas. As for local area, there wasn't anywhere to quickly go get some convenience items (for someone walking- which also didn't feel safe). There is a lot of deferred maintenance, the place needs a facelift, but it was clean for the most part (one pillow case and one sheet both had questionable stains- so were not used). I would pay the few dollars extra to stay down the road next time. Best thing though- the staff was super nice! I feel bad the accommodations were so rough.
