When I arrived I found that the hotel was pretty much closed down and there were no vacancies. They kept my money and I am currently fighting to get a refund.
I trusted Expedia that the hotels it featured would be acceptable. I would not invite a guest to stay there for free. The room was filthy including a used hand towel that had blood and boogers on it. The bed spread was heavily stained and riddled with cigarette burn holes. The room smelled like a kennel. I just pray that my sheets were fresh.
Water didn’t come on in shower when turned on. It worked after a while but no hot water then very hot water. No mirrors in room. No chains on door. A worker walked in unannounced while my wife was in room. Unacceptable. Would not stay here again.
this property has roachs and we didn’t even stay at this hotel i had to go and get a new one and i need a refund and when i contacted the expedia manager she was very helpful but the problem was not resolved i would to be contacted about getting a refund. you can contact the hotel and they will tell you that they never even checked us in and we did not stay.
Rooms had roaches in the living room and bathroom and I didn’t receive a refund cuz they said the manager will be there in a week or 2 . Stairs not fixed like a death trap. They don’t clean their tubs. Horrible experience. This used to be my favorite place
We had a reservation and when we got there the man working was so rude. We waited while he was on the phone for 30 minutes and then he tells us we can’t even have our room. We had to find another hotel that was 30 miles away and it was completely ridiculous.
