Hotel was overbooked, was not incormed of this, paid for 3 rooms days ahead of time only to be told nothing was available upon arrival. Called a few hours before check in to confirm everything and was told everything was ready for my check in.

All was fine except the rug looked like it had not been vacuumed and one of the beds had dirty sheet and pillow case. We changed it and then was fine.
We booked a non-smoking room. Went inside and the bed was unmade and food and bottles were on the desk as if someone was still staying in our room. Unclean and smelled like cigarette smoke. We changed rooms at the front desk and I made it really clear we could not have a smoking room or an old room that had been smoked in ever. Our second room smelled even worse and the cigarette smoke was so strong, it immediately saturated our clothing from only ten minutes in the room. We left and received refund. Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic
Our stay was unpleasant at best. First, they couldn't find our reservation throigh hotels.com. Then, when we got to our room, the heat didn't work, which is ridiculous in thr middle of winter. We did get switched to a different room and received a discount thanks to Amber's exceptional customer service skills and friendly manner. But the heater should be checked regularly by their maintenance and this should never have occurred
The first room i was givin the walls were stained and patched,the tv and phone did not work and just felt dirty the second room i was given the floors were dirty and the tub and shower were not cleaned overall it was gross I'll never recommend or stay there again.
The rooms air conditioner didn’t work so it was really hot in the room the bathroom was dirty to where there was a wash rag from previous people still in the room, the bed was awful and the pillows sucked.
But the customer service was amazing other than a note on the door multiple times saying will be back in 20 minutes and it was almost an hour
The room was ok. It smelled like a cat or dog was in the room. Saw a roach crawling on the floor. The linen was cleaned. The floor could have been cleaner.
