The hotel is a great place to stay I would have given 5 plus stars the issue this visit was the parking. We had to park behind the building up a hill in the dark on a not lighted area just to park and then have to walk all the way around due to all side doors were locked and I’m not in the best of health and walking was hard and carrying what we just purchased Need to spend some cash and work on the parking so elderly do t have to walk a country mile but it’s a great hotel maybe construction will end before my next visit

Anytime we are in the STL area we will continue to stay at this hotel. The views of the planes taking off are beautiful for any part of the property. Close enough to downtown. Nice luxurious hotel.

Very loud and noise. Many customers were yelling, screaming and shouting profanity at night. We didn't feel safe. It is not upto the standard of high end hotels of Merriott. Would not stay here in the future. Rooms were averaged. Overall bad experience.

Cannof believe this hotel had no WiFi available! Despicable! Other hotels are $30 cheaper so to offer WiFi only at a surcharge when your entire hotel is under construction is just wrong. Your front desk agent informed me about nothing after having done so with the customer right in front of me: ie what times the restaurant is open, where are the gym/ resources, etc

The hotel is really nice and clean but for some reason our tv was glitching and the fridge wasn’t working. But the staff replaced both of them right away to make it right. I can tell they were full too because there was no parking and all the parking cost which was annoying. Overall a great hotel though, at least in my experience.

Clean? Proceed with caution.

We chose this hotel because it's where the rest of ur family was staying. My initial choice was different and I regret changing hotels. This place is showing its age. We booked two adjoining rooms. The problems began almost immediately. The room for our children had bugs and stained linens. Our rooms had no real closet, just a small, unusable cupboard. We asked for new rooms. The problems continued, but not to the level that would cause us to request another move. We were too tired, but in the new rooms, my husband got locked in the bathroom which required help from the engineering staff and we found pepperoni on the floor in the corner of our "clean" room. Tha staff was kind, but standards aren't being kept.
