Disappointing Stay - Below Expectations
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Six Cord Apartments By Barsala. From the very beginning, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. Firstly, the property itself did not resemble the photos provided on the listing. The room was significantly different, appearing much less appealing and less well-maintained than advertised. Secondly, the check-in process was confusing and frustrating. The instructions provided in the email conflicted with the information found at the property, leading to unnecessary delays and added stress. Thirdly, the cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. The room was not adequately cleaned before my arrival, which significantly impacted my comfort and enjoyment. Furthermore, essential amenities were missing, including towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property manager, these items were never delivered, forcing me to purchase them myself. Finally, the property manager was unresponsive and unreachable throughout my stay. This lack of communication and assistance exacerbated the issues I encountered. Due to the significant discrepancies between the advertised property and the actual experience, I was unable to continue my stay and checked out after the first night. I sincerely hope that the property owner/manager addresses these serious concerns to improve the quality of future guest experiences."

The worst room I have ever lived in. It is part of an apartment, full of smoking smell. Hairs in the towels. No shampoo badywash tissue. Only half of the window was covered by curtain. You are clearly seen by people in the nearby buildings. The water in the shower is not stable, either too cold or too hot. And hot water is quickly run out of.

The unit was nice, although the service was simply terrible as there were a lot of items missing (towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash) and after making contact several times, things were never delivered.
