Book a king room with sofa. Was giving a standard king room. Immediately went to the front desk upon entering the room and seeing it was wrong and they said since we already entered the room the couldn't change us out. I just moved on, im not the confrontational type. Nest morning at breakfast everything was picked over, asked the breakfast worker to restock and was told they were working on it. Sat there for 45 minutes with no restock. Went to the pool, they said the PH levels were off and we could swim and to come back in 2 hours. Came back in 2 hours the pool was close. Now the second night we wake up and go to to breakfast at cracker barrell across the street because breakfast was completely picked over again. Came back from breakfast and asked if the pool was open. We were told yes, went upstairs and changed. My son was about to jump in the pool and the front desk lady that just told us the pool is open. Came in and told us we cant swim. I asked to speak to a manager and she gave me card with a phone number to call. It was just the front desk. Would not give me an email or phone number to speak to a manager. Just stay somewhere else. So unprofessional.

Front desk staff was great, but the cleanliness in rooms was horrible. Wall stain with filth, bathroom not properly cleaned, floor not vacuum, & one of the bathrooms had a weird odor.

Overall good but would love to have better options for breakfast. This is my 4th time staying in this hotel and the breakfast is always the same. It gets boring quick

The laundry with a clean small fitness room next door were very helpful. Good breakfast choices. Only flaw was an exit stair that needed vacuuming.
