Just ssay No thankyou!

The staff could not understand anything we asked! The breakfast was ok but why nasty trash cans. They had nasty cardboard on top of them. The indoor pool was not clean, Our room was off putting. It was not the room I looked at when I paid. There was a hole in the door and the shower stall in the bathroom was not clean also directly next to the bed. There were broken frames hanging up, broken knobs on the shower. They gave us two towels for a family of 4 and charged me $100 deposit to stay in a crappy hotel. My child also reserved a hotel and had to take a shower with no shower curtain and when you ask the people at the desk they didn't understand us. Most of all, we barely had warm water. I Paid almost $120 a night and it was not worth it. I will not stay there again.

Breakfast was edible that’s about it and was very crowded. The hotel was dirty there was a huge spider in the bathroom , blood on the blanket (could tell it wasn’t washed) overall not clean. Definitely do not book for the pool it’s so gross bugs everywhere brown bottom gross.

Boarded up windows, broken blinds, dirty rooms (both smelled terrible of cigarette smoke), rodent poo, hair on “clean” bed, broken counter, awful air quality. Requested refund to leave and got no support from Expedia nor hotel. It was not environmentally safe to stay. Was nothing like advertised. And trusted Expedia reviews, didn’t look at google before booking. No not recommend. Too many other quality options nearby.

I did not stay. This place is a walking nightmare. From mold dirty sheets, mice eaten sheets, stains left and right. This place should be shut down. This is crazy, I wish I could upload the videos I have of this place. Very unsanitary!

the overpass would be better

IF your looking for a clean lobby and room, comfortable beds and pillows, nice hot showers. keep looking else where. the fridge had left over food from someone else. the photos on Hotel.com are misleading. the hotel is dark and more depressing than your emo phase from high school. it had a musty stale smell in the lobby and the room. the bathroom tub water leaked after you it was turned on and just didn't want to stop tricking over night. at 6AM there was no not water to be had after 10 mins of letting it run. the pillow cases had stains on all 4 of them. the bed cover had the fabric pills that are on your old socks and were just old and gross. the bed was nice and supportive for my back. wasn't the easiest place to get into from the road. its very close to the highway exit jut hard to find the way in at night

Not worth it

No hot water, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no trash can in the room, had to have someone unlock the pool (key card wouldn't work) water looked disgusting. Do not recommend!

There's was no hit water the phone didnt work to call desk went down stairs n desk ckerk never showed up after wsiting 5-20 min. And short on bath towels, hand towels n wash cloths couldn't get no answer to get any yold they would put a hold on my card thry acutslly charged me $100. Off my card so lied about that.
