Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. The refrigerator compressor was too loud, no hot water in bathroom sink, no regular coffee in basket and no body wash in shower. I overslept and missed breakfast, but the staff (Lana) hunted down a bagel, jam and apple for me. Would stay at this location again.

This was a decent place to stay in Chesterfield for a local business event; however, as a woman traveling alone, I would recommend another hotel where you can enter your room through a hotel lobby, with no outside entry ways. The neighborhood seemed safe enough, but my room was right on the street and it seemed too easily accessible to passers-by on the street. No restaurants within a walkable distance, but I was able to order amazing food from Mellow Mushroom nearby, via Uber Eats, which was safely and efficiently delivered to the front desk.

Inside the room was nice and clean. The toilet would not flush. It looked like some of the units were rented apartments. Outside the unit there were men hanging out in the parking lot fixing cars, and sitting on steps smoking. The unit above had a pitt bull that barked all night long. On our 2nd night there we couldn’t drive into the complex because it was surrounded with police doing a manhunt for someone. Not the best experience for a woman traveling alone with her teenage daughter.

We chose our stay at this hotel for the Usher concert in St. Louis. Parking was tight but I’m assuming because many others were there for the same reason. Our hotel room was clean & spacious. Really unique as well.

It seemed many things were in need of repair. From the front door of my room, the exterior lights in numerous gang ways, to things in the main office. For instance, their printers were not working. The room originally did not appear to have any plates, silverware, or cooking utensils but we later discovered someone had left everything in the dishwasher and it was never turned on. The fan in the room was in desperate need of cleaning, water pressure was ok in the sinks and shower. Overall, the stay was very much average. The area had some construction going on so hopefully that inspires the establishment to invest in its own property.

It was safe, quiet in the back, felt very private. Spacious, loved the full kitchen, bed was comfortable, water pressure was great, always had parking close. Staff were nice and the breakfast was fine. Waffles, eggs, spicy taco meat, tortillas. Only downside was that the breakfast room is very tiny and very, very loud.

There is absolutely nothing that I could complain about. We stayed Monday - Friday and everything was perfect. Rooms were so clean, comfortable, the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Truly 5 stars for us!

Another great Sonesta.
We stayed for nine days in August and were very comfortable. The room had a homelike feel with its amenities. Front desk staff was helpful and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast hours could be a bit longer for those that like to sleep in.
