Cool place

For the price of the rooms, the garden view should have a better view, also, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Please have staff trained how to properly clean.

Old and dingy. We found out that we stayed during their “non busy” season and they still gave us the very last room at the end of a smelly and dingy hallway. When I looked out the window, I saw old/left over materials that they decide to just lay there. Putting us in that room when you don’t have any other guests was flat out rude.

I liked having onsite dining options and multiply types of entertainment activities, pool hours, friendly accomodating staff and beautiful place. I didnt like no microwaves in the rooms, no strollers to rent for smaller children. Although the pool was 4 ft, no swimming area for smaller children. No motorized scooters or wheelchairs.

I enjoyed the stay.

It didn’t start too well, the check desk gave me the wrong suite 2133, the access cards was 2123 noticed by security guard, no lighting inside pool light fixtures when I swam in the guest pool, pool areas also not well lit up, suite unit safe . The bed was excellent, the air conditioning was great, plenty of hot water , very clean room. A lot of walking in the hotel, not enough hallway phones, some didn’t work.
