I enjoyed the stay.

It didn’t start too well, the check desk gave me the wrong suite 2133, the access cards was 2123 noticed by security guard, no lighting inside pool light fixtures when I swam in the guest pool, pool areas also not well lit up, suite unit safe . The bed was excellent, the air conditioning was great, plenty of hot water , very clean room. A lot of walking in the hotel, not enough hallway phones, some didn’t work.

Disappointed that the main Bar and the light show were closed to guests. It was the main reason we returned to stay here again. It was closed due to a wedding reception, so I guess I understand, and congrats to the wedding couple. We just wish we knew that it was closed ahead of time.

Good location, terrible service

I do not typically write reviews, however I feel it is important for people to know what to expect with this property. The place itself was neat and in a convenient location, however the service was terrible. There was a lot of confusion during the check in process and the hotel was trying to charge us more for their parking when we have already parked elsewhere. The main issue we experienced was with

Great Hotel!

I love this hotel! Being in an old train station that has been beautifully preserved is such an awesome experience. It’s absolutely beautiful! Our room even had a view of the otter exhibit from the aquarium. This will always be my go to hotel when going to any event at the Enterprise Center.

Don’t waste your money. There are better places

Paid 50 for valet to get my keys back crushed. 250 dollar key. As much as you pay and as big as the place is you’d think they would have a bell hop to carry your luggage to the room.
