I like that everything was in a 3 miles distance for shopping and very close to six flags. The only problem i I had was my mini fridge seem like it didnt work. But everything else was great.

Not great.

I was woken up at 4:00 am because the smoke alarm battery died, the damn thing would not stop chirping. I could not call the front desk because my son and grand daughter were asleep. The front desk lady said well you should have called us. That was it. The keys would work once then stop. Positives: water pressure is great and warm! Air conditioning works well. The pool is really clean and they will open it early if you ask.

Carpet was dirty and smelly Lobby was smelly Room washroom was very small and tub was slippery and not clean. Soap was not getting off with water Bedding was average. Breakfast had only a couple of things and quality was not looking good so we skip the breakfast.

We have been going to Six Flags St Louis for 3 years now. We always stay at this hotel because it’s next to the park but every time we come here, it’s a fantastic experience. Chris at the front desk has been here for years and honestly deserves to be the GM of this place. He is friendly, knows his stuff and works his tail off when any guest needs anything. He should definitely get a hefty raise at minimum.

Expedia had this hotel rated 8/10, as a family place being right down from 6 flags . It was lies! The only other occupants were trucks full of worker guys, who immediately hit on my 11 year old granddaughter and was only 2 rooms from us.The door lock was broken, tv volume didn't work and then when changed out the remote ,the channels didn't work, and we just felt unsafe! I have been getting trip insurance,I felt leaving was our only option! My granddaughter was scared. I was utterly pissed off. I always buy the trip insurance offered and thought that would reimburse me for what I spent. I JUST RECEIVED COMFIRMATION I WILL BE REIMBURSED $9.00! LESS THEN THE ORIGINAL TRIP INSURANCE! I was also denied a receipt when we left.

Nice Stay

The Hotel is really old so you have to take that into consideration. The one major thing I did not like is it had a weird smell I. The hallways like they need to probably tear up the carpet and just have wood flooring. The carpet seems old and smelly. I didn’t like there was no chain to secure our door on the inside and the outside back doors had no security key thing so anyone could walk in the building. The pool was ok but it needed to be vacuumed. The room was clean and beds clean. AC kept room cold. It seems really short staffed too which I felt bad for then. All in all not bad and if they did some updates it would be perfect.
