Housekeeping went into rooms of people whom weren’t checking out for days and cleaned their property out of the rooms
Facility is need of repairs. Hallway carpet is very old, dirty, and stained. No slip proof strips in tub/shower in my room. Gaps between floor and trim.
Friendly desk staff and that’s where the good ended. Killed a roach just after getting into the room. Sheet and comforter are stained and have cigarette burns in them. Carpet is gross. Single chair in room was stained. Dresser drawers are broke. Very loud in hallway a lot of the evening. Just wasn’t what I saw in the pictures and I’ve stayed in a few super 8s so I generally know what to expect.
First off, the front desk guy was rude as hell to my wife and me soon as we walked in to check in...
Second, the hotel room was dirty and moldy and had cockroaches. i have pictures to prove. bedding looked to not have been cleaned in months with stains and cigarette burns in a non smoking room. We complained but they did nothing. They would not refund or cancel our room without paying $150. We had to go and buy cheap bedding to get us through our 3 night stay.... we will never stay at another super 8 again
Checking in I got charged a deposit that was not mentioned and charged another price for checking early when I already paid that . Room was dirty only had two pillows ask for more two days in a row never received the ac unit knobs we’re broke .
This property is very unclean, dirty, smells bad and it is unhygienic. I checked out the motel after 1 day. I called Expedia to report and they told they are going to call back but never got a call back. I am unhappy with customer service and request to refund the money.
Horrible supervisor at the front desk! He was a foreign man! Had absolutely no care about anything except when I got breakfast, he was looking over my shoulder, not literally but watching to see what I ate! I was a paying customer, but he made me feel uncomfortable!And the property had roaches! I killed at least 6 during my 3 day stay! I told the supervisor at the front desk, and he didn't care ,all he said was leave a review! Very nonchalant human being! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you absolutely have to!
Really needs updating. The Wi-Fi barely worked. Took minutes to load a page. The heater/AC unti kept kicking on and off all night. It had no constant fan. The TV in the next room was on all night. However, close to airport, and the clerk who checked me in and checked me out the next day was extremely nice.
Never have I stayed in a place so filthy. We were literally afraid to take our clothes off. Cigarette burns and stains on the bedding and floors. Floors that have never seen a shampoo. It's absolutely disgusting here. If it weren't a holiday weekend and 2 am when we arrived late from the airport we would have left. They also charged us a surprise $30 AFTER WE PAID IN FULL prior to arrival. Our reservation was for 3 people, 2 adults and one child. They charged $30 more on check in for our child! He was listed on the original reservation! Avoid this hotel! At ALL COSTS! Health department needs to close this place!
the hotel is dated. It smells bad right when you check in. The room needs updating, needs painting, walls have shoe prints. Bugs crawling on the walls of the bathroom
