Dirty, dusty, disappointing
Stained sheets shoved in a drawer, dusty windows, and a cracked mirror were all features of our stay at the Last hotel. Staff were polite but also clearly disinterested in the condition of the room, so I can only assume this is their expectation for room upkeep.

We arrived on Wednesday. Our room still had pizza crust on the floor and dirty diaper in the trash from the previous person. It had been weeks or months since the room was dusted. The lamp didnā€™t turn off. You have to plug and unplug it. The door for the desk was broken as well as the top of the desk. The heater didnā€™t work at all. It was 55 in the room. We moved rooms and that one was just as dirty as the first but at least the heat worked. There is NO BAR as they advertised and no drinks on the rooftop. This hotel isnā€™t what they advertise! The ā€œrestaurantā€ is laughable. Itā€™s a poor guy making quick lunch type foods when itā€™s even open. This is a disgusting hotel. There are homeless people EVERYWHERE. We felt unsafe walking up the street at 7:30 in the evening. A huge pile of crap stayed on the sidewalk all 4 days we were there. People raving/racing up and down the streets at all hours of the night. The only good thing I can say is the staff is polite.

We came back from the dome race late and we were ready for showersā€¦ we noticed that no one had serviced our room and had to go get towels at 1am. I left a tip out for guest services before we left for the day as well.

Upon arrival, my kids had to use the public restroom which unfortunately had feces on the floor and quite possibly the largest turd ever birthed by human. The room was not worth the $400 we paid. Dirty and stains on sheets/pillowcases ruined it from the get-go. It earns its name of "The Last Hotel" because it should be the last hotel on your list to stay at. The only redeeming quality was the excellent valet service.

Very nice hotel our room was cool, kind of rustic inside very neat. Has a coffee maker however no sweetener sugar or spoon. All in all it was a great stay, very quiet and quant.

This was a nice hotel in a good location, but none of the hotel restaurants or bars were open so that was a bummer. I also didn't enjoy the club music from somewhere nearby thumping till 6 am (Friday night). Super convneient to City Museum and dining options were plentiful.

My fiance and i checked in from Wisconsin at around 4pm we booked our stay on expedia and on arrival was told we needed a $200. We were not aware of this and there was lack of consideration from the manager i was going back and for with man about if this was the case why didn't expedia charge us for this before we drove out here. We had no choice but to pay the deposit since expedia already took our money for the room and the manager jus threw is arm in the air. Then when we get to our room. It was freezing the highest the room thermosgoes is 75. And it is a brick building i was scared to get out from under the sheets. Very unhappy cut our trip short went home.

Its a no from me
Checking in, I stood at the desk for 20 min. while the person at the front desk tried to log in. They closed down the majority of amenities due to a ā€œchange in managementā€ without disclosing this on their website. The entire reason we chose to stay here for our anniversary was because of the beautiful lobby and bar, as well as the rooftop and their bar, which was all closed. We also asked for them to do something special for our anniversary for when we walked in, they said they could, and then did nothing for it. When asking for compensation for the lack of amenities, they gave us back 35$. For the lack of professionalism, amenities, as well as empathy for everything we missed out on, I will not be rebooking at The Last Hotel.
